Not a cowboys fan but just wondering how this type of prolonged contract saga undermines Dak as a leader in the dressing room. When key players are devalued it has a trickle down effect onto the culture and results. Look how Chip Kelly undermined key Eagles players like Shady. Yes everyone is going to be professional but I can't imagine bad business helps. I also can't see who would be a good fit next year for Dallas as an alternative. Stop playing silly and just pay the man.
DAK needs to stop calling out of running plays. He is given the choice when he wants to run and that’s what his issue is he doesn’t use his running back effectively.!!

The part that tripped me out about Dave, they have built around him for eight years and nothing has changed. He can’t even get us out of the first round most playoff years. I understand where you’re coming from, but as a Browns fan, I promise you things can be a lot worse. You guys have been consistently playoff contenders with Dak under center. A lot of fans of teams who have had consistently good QB play have a skewed outlook on just how difficult it is to find a qb. My question, who do you guys replace Dak with? Trey Lance? Okay, what happens if he doesn’t play well? You’re stuck in gutter with bottom half of the league trying to find an answer to the most important position in sports when you had one.
@@DawgPoundGeneral exactly and if they find one in 2-4 years time then Parsons and ceedee will be chasing the ring with another team then the team goes back to square 1 again. for the cowboys fans that want dak gone don't understand this, coaching and front office matters too thats why there's mid season trade for the teams thats in the running and to fix their weaknesses and last season was a prime example of jones didn't go all in and gamble on what he had. if he would've traded for a RB or a MLB that playoff may have a different result.

“Dak plays great in regular season” is an exaggeration. He mostly has gotten by on a good team against bad. His worst season ‘22, Best season ‘23 - mediocrity after ‘16. He’s an inconsistent backup.
He will be gone. Investment in the draft proves a QB will be selected next year
Neither Dak or Tony Romo won nothing after Troy Aikman like that tell you something right there,Dak isn't a winner, but he'll give you the numbers to win regular season games, but no playoffs victories in big moments which is sad for the Cowboys franchise.
