I just got to see this; this was a genuine competition; I thought Austen was joking about the money. It was enjoyable and challenging. I'm very impressed by Austen's results. You killed it; also, thanks for inspiring us buddy.
You Pure Genius and also my Motivator. How did you recreate the edelkrone spinning shot? Did you repeat the same shots with different light condition? or did you edit post to reveal those coffee beans? Damn. This video was one of my favorite of all time!!!!!
Awesome Austen, good to see you push the boundaries competing with a robot. Except the gimbal and drop shot, rest were solid and so smooth. Maybe suspend the gimbal with string and pulley to make those moves even smoother. I’ve got no idea how to make the drop shot better, maybe suspend the camera from springs to ease in the drop to finally come to a stop (just as the robot eases in and stops). Just thinking out loud here. Inspiring as usual. Thank you.
So happy to help inspire now having more time to think about the shots I defiantly see better ways to attempt and recreate the shots. Thank you for the support!
Great competition, fun and educational video... but it was filmed terribly, to many zoom ins and outs, camera not steady... I understood what was tried but it was too much. If you disregard this, content is amazing as always.
Great challenge video, Austen! But surely you could recreate the last coffee drop shot like the beginning of your product showreel '21 with whiskey slo-mo drops? ..or was that using a robot?
The movement is not the problem its the speed we tried using the Jib like in the tequila video but as you can see that droplet moves much faster and I cut to another angle the goal here was tro tack the object all the way down!
I need your help man. Do you use FCPX to cut/edit your videos? And how do you go about removing wires, sticks, fishing line, etc. in your product videos? Please don’t say you use premier pro haha. I may be possibly doing some product stuff for an energy drink at some point. But I have never messed with manipulating stuff like you do.
Hey Christian, I actually have a course on my methods and process, but its a hard journey no matter what. I promise you if you work hard and keep putting stuff out there you will make it!
F ye bud!! 🎉 u beat that robo any day of the week 😅 I’ll watch the vid now
Haha idk about that but I appreciate the love good sir!
Those zoom throws were extreme torture for the eyes.

Thanks again for being apart of it man really enjoyed the process and learned so much from it!
A lot of your shots were so good even without a robot! But Javier should have gone for the tree!
Haha the tree was way cooler then money!
@@AustenPaul agreed!
Your recreated shots looked incredible. Definitely huge inspo potential right there. Thanks for the fire content and inspiration Austen!
Of course I try my best to inspire so glad you enjoyed the video!!

Thank you so much! Are you talking about the first shot that I recreated.
Yes! The first one with 360 rotating shot :) (it’s my personal account btw)
I loved this idea for a video. You killed it on those shots. Thanks for the inspiration!
Thank you so much and thank you for watching!!

9:01 what a hard drop on that beat

Dude! Your UA-cam vids have definitely taken it to the next level! No, I can’t point out anything specific, because it all freaking rocks!
Thank you so much man im trying to a new angle seeing how people like it! on to the next one now!
@@AustenPaul Can't wait to see what you do next! And if your doing a whiskey prize, let me know when so I can fly out... 😂
@@joejamesphoto Haha I dont think I can give you a whiskey prize that would impress you!

Amazing work, makes me realise I’m not working anywhere near hard enough.

Unforatnley I use premiere and after effects haha but I know Daniel removes things im sure he has a tutorial on how he does it.
@@AustenPaul I ended up back on his page right after this comment haha. Thanks my dude! 🤙
Me thinking it should have bn 1k usd instead because you nailed the first 4 shot so $1k per shot 😂
Haha I had to recreate all of them otherwise he got the money!
You Nailed it Austin good job
Thanks for the entertainment, and motivation!!
That drop shot seems extremely challenging 🤩
Great talent Austen, your killing it. Would you ever do a video on how to get clients? I’m trying to make filmmaking my life and I’m struggling lol
