Idk how to break it to you but.. its storyline. Rhea HAD to vacate the title cause there was no one that could beat her anyway. (maybe Cargill but that would be too early) This was a better decision that letting her lose to someone after being so dominant. This injury is 100% fake and is just a build up for her feud with Liv while some other women can now shine with the belt because like I said, none of them were able to beat Rhea anyway.
If they did not let Sami beat Gunther at WM, he couldve run into a similar situation because Gunther beat so many at this point that it wouldve made more sense to let him vacate the title and go for the world title than for him to lose but well Sami did it (which is great) but it was a similar situation.

This injury is 100% fake and is just a build up for her feud with Liv while some other women can now shine with the belt because like I said, none of them were able to beat Rhea anyway.
If they did not let Sami beat Gunther at WM, he couldve run into a similar situation because Gunther beat so many at this point that it wouldve made more sense to let him vacate the title and go for the world title than for him to lose but well Sami did it (which is great) but it was a similar situation.

By pointing out that working at Hooters is hardly a prerequisite for a strong, rightful WWE career, is NOT "shaming" anyone.
It's a legitimate point to make.
Also, playing with siblings in the backyard hardly qualifies someone to be entitled to join the WWE, either.
Being a good wrestler takes many years of training and practice. Something that Liv clearly missed out on in the years before she was given the opportunity to join the WWE under the NXT brand.
