    The counting calories is the part that scares me. Historically tracking food leads to me binging to the point of feeling like I'm going to be sick. My hope is that if I can get the water to the point it needs to be (almost there), and gradually build up walks so that all I have to worry about in September is food I will be able to work through some of the disordered eating I picked up from the medical issues.

    I've noticed that several of you guys are using 100s sheets to track, was that just an arbitrary choice on goal, or is that what it will take to get to what is supposedly a healthy weight? I calculated my goal of getting back to what I thought would be healthy and doable (185, I had been 170 between pregnancies and looked anorexic) on a tdee calculator, and found out I would still be considered overweight bordering on obese at that point. 175 is right around half my bodyweight though, and seems very daunting. Do they help you figure out goals in the seminars at all?
