My other dog played along and he became intrigued - now its a daily part of our routine - about 3 times a day we do the shell game and the muffin tin game. She is such a beautiful momma dog. I'm sure there will be a lot of people wanting to adopt her. It's awesome how Joey is giving these dogs and cat a second chance to be happy and loved. We rescued boxers with Almost Home Boxer Rescue and my husband and I started rescuing smaller dogs like pugs. We've also rescued birds and small reptiles. She reminds me demeanor wise of a sweet boxer named Patsy that we rescue. Patsy was beaten with something before I pulled her out of the shelter here in St. George, Utah about 12 yrs ago. They are more relaxed when they're held by the scruff of their neck, I don't remember why but I would say it's because they know their Mum is like protecting him
