Nice Class B. Great step up for someone using an SUV or Mini Van as a daily driver. Having a toilet when you travel is more than a convivence. Long distance traveling, it can still be difficult to find restrooms for the public. Thank you for sharing and have a great day.
Thank you Jd for showing us this Coachman Nova Li3 class b motorhome. I really like this unit. The way the sofa lays completely flat is awesome. Thank you for what you do on giving us all the information on all the different travel trailers, fifth wheels, an motorhomes. I hope that your recovery is going well an hope that your health is improving?. Your number one fan an friend Leonard Nelson from NC.
I don't know if Nick will watch this video, but one feature I would love to see as an option in Class B vans is removing the motorized couch/bed and installing a fixed, raised bed with a garage below it. A garage tall enough to store fork mounted bikes on a sliding tray. For me, a rear bike rack will not ever be a viable option. It is the lack of this feature that kicks me out of the Class B market and into the "home built" market where I'd honestly rather not be. While I don't have anything against the ProMaster vans, the one feature they lack compared to the Ford or Mercedes vans is towing capacity. I have the same engine in a minivan and even that van can't really tow much.
Great video. Good to see Nic again. Got a chance to talk with him at the Coachmen rally this past June. We have the 2022 Nova RB Li3. The lithium system works great. Have run the AC on battery a number of times. Recently on a trip to Kentucky, ran the AC for 3 hours on battery and barely used 240 Ah. The Ram gets good mileage. Fully loaded with two people, full water tank, food and supplies still get 14 to 15 MPG. So nice not to deal with a noisy generator.
Great video JD we are downsizing from 5th wheel soon and this chassis is very interesting. We had an earlier small class c version of the Pro-master 4-5 years ago and thought it was extremely underpowered . Love the updated Pro-master in class B version and lithium set up as well.
Thanks for all the years of showing truck related videos and stuff that is off the cuff. I like how you just don’t focus on the major companies. I only commented because I have never commented or like any videos. I do like your videos. I watch UA-cam on a tv and am not signed in. I cannot like and comment. I know the algorithm supports the like and comments. Keep up the good work.
Very nice class B. The dovetail drawers and windows are the same in my 2022 TAB 400. He never said what the hot water or heat source was. Need a lot more details about this unit. His tour of this unit was ok yours is more complete. Again great video and tour.
Class B's are nice units. If individual or couple traveling would be nice. Not for everyone, not for us. Stick to 5th wheel or travel trailer. I do know folks that would fit perfectly in these and I'll forward these videos to them. Thanks J.D. for touching base on all the different units. Should cover just about everyone's bases. Take care and God bless.
I love Class Bs they’re just usually a bit small for us. They often drive better than Class Cs and seem to have better build quality although I’m not sure why. Does that AC also have a heat pump?
Great floor plan! I’d love to see it in a Ford or Mercedes chassis. Out of 21 vans this one rates 20th in reliability. The only van that’s worse is the Nissan. I don’t think I’d spend that kind of money for the potential to spend more than the average time in a repair shop.
I hate induction cookers, and I want a caset toilet that can be removed from the shower, delete the microwave and give me 3 burner propane stove with oven and I'm good. Very nice refrigerator though and love the reclining bed.
Are there any Class Bs out there, including older models, that have both a recliner and a bed for 1 person? Hubby sleeps in a recliner for mobility reasons (disabled), and I sleep in a bed. TIA!
Hello, been watching for a couple years now. My wife and I are going to move into a 44 foot toy-hauler (20,000 GVWR). Im trading in my 3500 SRW for a DRW. Do I need a long bed? Should i just buy the fifth wheel hitch from the dealer? Anything else jump out at you as a must have? Thx
You should absolutely get a long bed truck. Also, get a hitch from someone who carries several different types. I would strongly recommend etrailer (my channel sponsor). Budge around $1000-$1500 for a really good quality one. Also, I'd recommend a truck that has the Fifth Wheel Gooseneck prep already installed. It will save you later.
Does any company make a Class B that is more like a conversion van with a bathroom? I’ve seen Class B RVs that have a small room with a toilet, sink, and fridge. I want this in a conversion van. I’m thinking long family road trips without the constant stops for meals and bathroom breaks.
All the concentraton lately is on the foo-foo stuff. Don't care. I want an insulated box, 12v fridge, small kitchen, COMFY seats, reliable chassis that ANY ASE mechanic can work on.........and TWIN BEDS. Do NOT need or want this panel, that read-out, automatic yadda-yadda. Just give me switch where I need it, and leak proof design. Side wall AC would be nice so it can fit in an 10 ft. Garage. Where are they.
What is the smallest motor home I can get that will tow a 20 ft cargo trailer with my sxs in it, I think it has a 14,000 lbs limit on the trailer? I don’t need a big motor home ,it’s just me and I’ll be going to hot and cold climates?..
What's the weight of the trailer and sxs fully loaded? That + 15% is what I'd use as a minimum tow capacity. You might be better off with a good truck and truck camper setup. You'd also have the options of 4x4, removable camper, and vehicle capable of things other than camping.
Coachmen B's and Nick Recchio are first class...
I love this! It’s just what I’ve been looking for. I need the bigger fridge and the pull out pantry is fabulous.
Nice Class B. Great step up for someone using an SUV or Mini Van as a daily driver. Having a toilet when you travel is more than a convivence. Long distance traveling, it can still be difficult to find restrooms for the public. Thank you for sharing and have a great day.
Nice, we have a Coachmen 2012 281 rlds, it's a well built trailer, I like this Coachmen...
Thank you Jd for showing us this Coachman Nova Li3 class b motorhome. I really like this unit. The way the sofa lays completely flat is awesome. Very neat my boys have many out of town soccer games and tournaments this would be great
WoW looks perfect....incredible if I could only get 30 year financing

Never mentioned what kind of toilet. Love the larger refrigerator/freezer.
I like the European Class Bs. Small wet bath, but the lounge in front with a full bed in back is nice. And all in less than 22 feet.
Very nice class B. The dovetail drawers and windows are the same in my 2022 TAB 400. He never said what the hot water or heat source was. Need a lot more details about this unit. His tour of this unit was ok yours is more complete. Again great video and tour.

Why did you say to stick to the 5th wheel/travel trailer?
We’d love a class B with a dry bath and twin beds. I imagine you saw some of those too.
Love this B and ❤ Nick R. Soon as Wayfarer sells buying Nova or Beyond !
Very nice floor plan!!
Love this one but would like AWD.
Love it!
I love this van. I would like to know if it’s good for full time RVing.
12v fridge -is definitely my next upgrade...😍
Beautifully done. Do they have any Ford chassis you can show us?

I only sleep 6 hours so I’m good. Cool unit.
Reminds me off the Gala Rv 2100lx. Similar features.
I know it's a nitpicky thing, but it's funny that he kept saying "Dodge" when they go out of their way to be explicitly "Ram".
Very nice
When will the 20d go into production? I want that Floorplan 😉
I hate induction cookers, and I want a caset toilet that can be removed from the shower, delete the microwave and give me 3 burner propane stove with oven and I'm good. Very nice refrigerator though and love the reclining bed.
The new promaster is way nicer than it was before the refresh.
Did I hear the Li3 has a generator too?
How do you close the slider door from the inside?
Hi JD, great review of the Coachmen NOVA Li3. Where is Nick's dealership and the Coachmen NOVA Li3 located?? Thanks.
Are there any Class Bs out there, including older models, that have both a recliner and a bed for 1 person? Hubby sleeps in a recliner for mobility reasons (disabled), and I sleep in a bed. TIA!
I would love ❤️ to have a smoke 💨 gray Class B Mercedes Benz in my backyard 😂
Cool
This is my fav Class B, but I'm waiting until it has a powerful enough system to run AC in Southern heat off grid for many hours.
Mom and Dad are looking for something like this. Emailing ASAP.

Thank you so much for the feedback.
i dearly want a class b but dam they more expensive then class c and some class a

He knows everything about it but the price 😂😂😂I don’t think so
The MSRP will be more than the $140 quoted. More like $175 K !
What are the odds that this user could cross paths with Matt and Ryler?
I wish there was an effective way to sleep 4 adults in a class B, but I don't see how that can be done.
All the concentraton lately is on the foo-foo stuff.
Don't care.

All these vans have quality control issue that's not resolved and is a running joke after you purchase vans of any company

With that trailer weight you'll need a diesel rv either super c or class a 28 ft will be the smallest you'll get
You don't need a 20ft trailer for a sxs
What's the weight of the trailer and sxs fully loaded? That + 15% is what I'd use as a minimum tow capacity.
