Watch out Mark for injector four. Had a professional come out to pull mine and he broke the water jacket on the head . Apparently it's only 3mm on that injector and with them being rusted in it damaged my head.
Wow those injectors look bad even by vivaro standards hope they come out ok,I’ve got a hydraulic puller you could borrow if ever needed.Managed to pull/ drill injector out a few years ago and still have all the gear,I’ve gone back to the 1.9 as they seem a lot easier to work on and don’t have the same issues.Great channel btw 👌

Breakers are a good place to start you're looking for the magic numbers for the seat centres I think is 400mm I'll get a couple of seats next week and let see what fits without to much work you can say I fitted a mini seat but I'd like to try a few other brands thanks for watching 👍 let's open these injector out
I hope mine aint like ypura doing our fukin nut in like wtf leave a van sitting after changing fuel.filter it started after it but never ran it 3 weeks later batterys dead and now it wont fukin start now we aint getting fuel to injectors mental honestly funny how some run and run and then some are utter cxxts
That white van in the with blue cover on is the same as yours, spent 300 quid on bits still won't ok, Have blead the air vent on the pump? Undo the fuel pipes to the injectior and Spin it over sound air locked, try a tow to , see will help it, or try abit of easy start see if that pull the fuel tho,
@@tinker-time its at my brothers now that was my sister you were talking to in the group the other day its doing there nut now They've had it back down to the injectors not getting fuel Yet pumps working on bench but not in the van Just to oaranoid to try tow it dont want to snap the chain Farts on easy start and dies Im raging with the misses she left it for the 3 weeks 🤣🤣 was great running van till it aat up started quiker than mine and ran mint
I remember, getting a message about a van 👍, have you tried the the solenoid on the back of the pump, they're about 20 quid, also cut the loom and look for a broken wire, back to the ECU use a muti meter to bell the wires

Surely, if you heat something up, it'll EXPAND? Freezing it with a can of freezing fluid would be better??
