Since when was genshin confirmed to be in star rail's distant past? There is no confirmation, aside from otto using the Cosmic Juggernaut to find the img tree with dvalin showing up on one of the panels and otto is just 500+ years old. Edit: Akivili's goals are different from aether and lumine, thus cannot be the same entity.

Mihoyo said that each of their games would take place in the same universe, but after the release of zzz and the departure of the CEO who wanted each of their games to be in the same Universe, we have nothing to say that Genshin is in the same universe as Honkai. We even know from interviews that the team of games with Honkai in the title work with each other and do not overlap in any way with the teams of other hoyoverse games. The only thing that suggests that Genshin is in the same Universe as Honkai is information from almost decades ago that was outdated and retconned even in Honkai and the words of the CEO who left almost five years ago.

I couldn't help make comparisons as I continued playing through Amphoreus. The sky God stopping people from leaving amphoreus was really interesting. What made it more interesting was the implications to why they weren't allowing humanity to leave. I couldn't help but look at the primordial one a certain way.

But the people of amphoreus aren't allowed to know what's beyond the sky or to go beyond it. A nation in Amphoreus was wiped out because they built skyships to go beyond the sky. However, it was also implied that the sky God isn't the only God keeping humans from leaving amphoreus or has punished those trying to leave. That's why the Heroes of amphoreus must keep it a secret so that humanity doesn't get destroyed for attempting to leave. Only after the Heroes claim the from authority their gods would they change the rules of the world, allowing humanity to leave and explore beyond their world.

Definitely connected... hoyo knows anytime they can create a connection it's beneficial to their bottom line. Rather it be from shared player base, collabs, crossovers, or using one game to help boost another that might fall in popularity one day in the future. The hoyo"verse" is all one big entity.
I love this theory because through out the genshin game we have been treated as some sort of witness to the history of teyvat. Despite traveler status as descender, it conveniently allows him to be able to remember when leyline memory manipulation happened (wanderer). And what the most interesting is that zhongli (the liyue chinese inspiration) was iirc the first to tell us the role in teyvat to serve as some sort of witness too
True… but only one problem when and aeon ascends THEIR past is erased all traces of it even their hoemworld like it never existed so it will be impossible for the IPC to find teyvat if this was even true the only thing I can think of is Fuli via used its powers to preserved tayvat in a way but even of that happened Fuli(aether) would have preserved the memory of his past journies and people in teyvat so it’s impossible.
Love the theory, but the thought of IPC stumbling upon the dead planet of Teyvat after all the humans, gods, sovereigns, and the heavenly principles have either died or vanished, it just fills me with a sense of grief, most people don’t think about how after our journey in Teyvat is over, time will continue on and all the friends we knew and cherished will eventually pass on

I have a theory regarding Tavyet myself, and it's that Tavyet was the original Teyvat what we see in Genshin it's a Tavyet cut off from the rest of the universe, where the calamity that befell the world probably never occur. For all it's worth, the Traveler may be the key to Teyvat's/Tavyet's survival. What if the world was destroyed from abyssal corruption that they lost to after time? Well, what if the PO simply stopped the twins from leaving because he saw a potential solution in them? What if the Traveler being a Descender and all is the one who will save Teyvat/Tavyet from it's fate (especially since so far the Traveler has served as the one who affected and changed fate to a better outcome for each nation). What if the world outside the firmament is the HSR universe and what many might see is a ruined or even gone world covered in red while it's inside the firmament exists Tavyet 2.0 aka Teyvat and Celestia and the PO search for a way to save it? I think it ties quite well, especially since it'd be quite stupid for Hoyo to spoil that after a time Teyvat is going to end up compeletely gone
Teyvat could also exist in a timeline where Nanook won and destroyed everything, with teyvat being the last remaining non-destroyed planet. Could also be why the principles are so firm in their beliefs. There is nothing outside except destruction, and the traveler twins are somehow the seed to restart the universe/ make a new one

According to one of the traveling witches of the hexenxircle all planets and realms outside of teyvat are dying. The universe itself is on its last legs with entire stars and their worlds going dark. Which makes me think that wherever our teyvat is it’s within a failed timeline. Or falling into the sea of quanta.

Thanks for the video. I've been obseesing over the simillarities between Teyvat and Amphoreus since the first trailer drop. And i think it's possible to connect some of their characters : _ Mydei and Zhongli share a lot of general design elements (both have a general gold theme) but also small details (like their golden pupils, both of them wear one earing, only on the left side). I should also add : Zhongli"s 6th constellation is called : "CHRYSOS, bounty of the Dominator". Also, Zhongli's oldest companions are the Yakshas, who all have greco-roman sounding names for some reason... _ i also think Tribbie could be a (much younger) Alice. Both weirdly have the ability to travel to different worlds, when said world is supposed to be isolated. _ Aglaea kinda looks like the twins : could she be their MOM ? (or alternatively, an older Lumine variant, who went throuhg multiple timeloops ?)
AAAND you forgot the similarities that exists between Amphoreus, Teyvat and Earth, to be exact Honkai Impact 3rd Earth. There isn't the Earth protected by an impassable barrier but the entire solar system and Amphoreus have a preeetty strange form factor to be a planet (a moebius strip) which sums to a way bigger surface than a spherical planet. There is a person who terribly resemble Phainon (aka Kevin Kaslana) and there is a person who we know is the missing part of Castorice, Elysia. The similarities between the three places extends to the kind of corruption even if names and some aspects are different and we know Earth is in the Star Rail universe, too... see, Sparkle was the real one in that event over there, not a character out of continuity. This Amphoreus place seems continue to throw wrenches and hooks in almost every game around Hoyoverse (it doesn't yet in ZZZ because I believe we are too early in the story there, despite what the devs says about being independent from the rest of Hoyoverse). We'll see...

Normally, I would act as a counter to Dawit’s crazy theories, and that is the same here: So 1. Teyvate is older then *some* aeons: While that is probably true, it’s also because Aeon’s themselves aren’t immortal: Firefly, u know, the girl who get donute’d inside of the 2.0 penacony story, is technically older than Nanook, the aeon of destruction: He rose to the throne of destruction after/to the end of the swarm disaster, while firefly, who is still alive today, was born during that time period. Also, not to mention that Aeons were originally pathstriders: Aeons don’t materialize with the universe, they take over the paths they reside once they’re affinity gets over a certain threshold, which then becomes concepts that embodies that ideal. That’s why these paths can “die” it’s because the throne of the path is vacated when the aeon dies. So saying that teyvate is older than some aeons feel a bit ingeuine, since it doesn’t prove anything. 2. The GI glider inside of herta’s space station. For a Easter egg it’s cool, but for this theory, it becomes a nightmare: The fact Herta has the glider, implies that 1. She somehow got her hands or it. Or 2. She somehow went to Teyvat herself. Assuming that Teyvat was actually in the HSR universe, (Like the universe, they all exists on the imaginary tree, as established by HI3.) why would Herta not know about it? Or more accurately, never heard about it?? She didn’t know what amphoreus was when welt and the astral express asked about it, which also lead to them asking again in 3.0, but she has a glider, so how would she not at least have an idea on what it is?? She’s been around at least an amber era due to timeline stuff, so if amphoreus was truly teyvate why would she be so confused when welt brought up the question?? There was a article that around a couple years back that said that HI3 and GI happens inside their own games, and in turn, own universes. But there wasn’t a case for this with HSR, so but for the things affecting GI to be similar to HSR isn’t exactly far fetched, same with their connection. But now that ask: What, and how does the twins’s clothing match that of HSR, and the problem is that it kinda doesn’t: The only flower motif we see in HSR is from the beauty faction, and their affinity is light, something that current worlds don’t have, which at best, can be related to imaginary, but how would they get into teyvate that way if it was under Fuli’s protection and requires a memo keeper, and if so, why is the heavenly principles so intwined instead of a normal memokeeper?? How about the Garden’s normal lackys??? The biggest problem with this theory is what current continuity entails: Herta, living for at least an amber era, which could be closer to a dozen or hundreds off of 3.0, + having one of their gliders, would in some capacity have an idea on what teyvate is, or at least know to an idea that it exists. Fuli has a tendency of abusing their power over memories. Can seal or steal memories, but refuses to restore them. The memetic beings that serve him are technically false memories. No information can be trusted, and everything is suspect when it comes to Fuli.

In the recent summer event, it is suggested that Teyvat may have many co-existing pasts, just as Amphorious may have an equally ambiguous past. Not to mention that both Amphorious and Teyvat's Kheanrhi'ah are inspired by Greek mythology. I could, upon seeing the trailer for H:SR v3.0, that we may yet get more information on Teyvat through this new area. I was not there for the event that mentions Tavyet, though I heard about it on Reddit a few months ago. As a lore enthusist of both games, sorry ZZZ, I can't wait to see what we learn, though I care more about Genshin than H:SR.
Khaenri'ah is inspired by Norse mythology, not Greek. Remuria is inspired by Greek mythology. Also forget about this Tavyet, it's a fanmade lore made for a fan drink for hoyofair.

I think what you meant was enkanomiya as the entire thing was obviously greece inspired. And interestingly enough, based on the timeline enkanomiya is supposedly part of a larger singular civilization called unified civilization. A unified civilization inspired by greek AND also under attack by another alien entity (2nd throne to heaven) while they are being protected by their alien god (primordial one). Totally not amphoreus.
@@iosis9324Remuria is inspired more by Roman mythology, Remuria name is a pun with Lemuria and Remus, twin brother of Romulus, founder of Roma. The architecture style is more Roman than Greek. But Khaen'rhians are also descendants of the Unified Civilization who were Greek inspired, so they are not solely inspired by Norse traditions.
I think it is similar to FGO LB5, the adventure part and the fighting these all powerfull gods part. I wished that fatexhsr colab has a part in the story maybe some of the heroes are fate characters and they will fit well too.

I have to ask what makes you think that Fuli crafted this world? Please stop trying to make Amphoreus another Elysian Realm. By the sheer knowledge that we know about Aeons, if Fuli or Nous made this world, it would be completely under their authority. Especially Fuli because it makes what Black Swan said nonsense. She brought us here to break through and allow her to get to the precious memories that have been out of reach. If Fuli made the world, it would not lost or out of reach. Also there would be no chance for another Path to try and vye for dominance.
My theory is that The PRIMORDIAL ONE and the third unknown path are connected. I couldn't help make comparisons as I continued playing through Amphoreus. The sky God stopping people from leaving amphoreus was really interesting. What made it more interesting was the implications to why they weren't allowing humanity to leave.

We don't know why right now. It could be cosmic horrors like Swarm Disaster or the Aeons or whatever, honestly.
But the people of amphoreus aren't allowed to know what's beyond the sky or to go beyond it. A nation in Amphoreus was wiped out because they built skyships to go beyond the sky. However, it was also implied that the sky God isn't the only God keeping humans from leaving amphoreus or has punished those trying to leave.
That's why the Heroes of amphoreus must keep it a secret so that humanity doesn't get destroyed for attempting to leave. Only after the Heroes claim the from authority their gods would they change the rules of the world, allowing humanity to leave and explore beyond their world.

I love this theory because through out the genshin game we have been treated as some sort of witness to the history of teyvat. Despite traveler status as descender, it conveniently allows him to be able to remember when leyline memory manipulation happened (wanderer).
And what the most interesting is that zhongli (the liyue chinese inspiration) was iirc the first to tell us the role in teyvat to serve as some sort of witness too

I have a theory regarding Tavyet myself, and it's that Tavyet was the original Teyvat what we see in Genshin it's a Tavyet cut off from the rest of the universe, where the calamity that befell the world probably never occur. For all it's worth, the Traveler may be the key to Teyvat's/Tavyet's survival. What if the world was destroyed from abyssal corruption that they lost to after time?
Well, what if the PO simply stopped the twins from leaving because he saw a potential solution in them? What if the Traveler being a Descender and all is the one who will save Teyvat/Tavyet from it's fate (especially since so far the Traveler has served as the one who affected and changed fate to a better outcome for each nation).
What if the world outside the firmament is the HSR universe and what many might see is a ruined or even gone world covered in red while it's inside the firmament exists Tavyet 2.0 aka Teyvat and Celestia and the PO search for a way to save it? I think it ties quite well, especially since it'd be quite stupid for Hoyo to spoil that after a time Teyvat is going to end up compeletely gone
Teyvat could also exist in a timeline where Nanook won and destroyed everything, with teyvat being the last remaining non-destroyed planet.
Could also be why the principles are so firm in their beliefs.

And i think it's possible to connect some of their characters :
_ Mydei and Zhongli share a lot of general design elements (both have a general gold theme) but also small details (like their golden pupils, both of them wear one earing, only on the left side).
I should also add : Zhongli"s 6th constellation is called : "CHRYSOS, bounty of the Dominator".
Also, Zhongli's oldest companions are the Yakshas, who all have greco-roman sounding names for some reason...
_ i also think Tribbie could be a (much younger) Alice. Both weirdly have the ability to travel to different worlds, when said world is supposed to be isolated.

AAAND you forgot the similarities that exists between Amphoreus, Teyvat and Earth, to be exact Honkai Impact 3rd Earth. There isn't the Earth protected by an impassable barrier but the entire solar system and Amphoreus have a preeetty strange form factor to be a planet (a moebius strip) which sums to a way bigger surface than a spherical planet. There is a person who terribly resemble Phainon (aka Kevin Kaslana) and there is a person who we know is the missing part of Castorice, Elysia. The similarities between the three places extends to the kind of corruption even if names and some aspects are different and we know Earth is in the Star Rail universe, too... see, Sparkle was the real one in that event over there, not a character out of continuity.
This Amphoreus place seems continue to throw wrenches and hooks in almost every game around Hoyoverse (it doesn't yet in ZZZ because I believe we are too early in the story there, despite what the devs says about being independent from the rest of Hoyoverse).

While that is probably true, it’s also because Aeon’s themselves aren’t immortal:
Firefly, u know, the girl who get donute’d inside of the 2.0 penacony story, is technically older than Nanook, the aeon of destruction:
He rose to the throne of destruction after/to the end of the swarm disaster, while firefly, who is still alive today, was born during that time period.
Also, not to mention that Aeons were originally pathstriders:
Aeons don’t materialize with the universe, they take over the paths they reside once they’re affinity gets over a certain threshold, which then becomes concepts that embodies that ideal.
That’s why these paths can “die” it’s because the throne of the path is vacated when the aeon dies.
So saying that teyvate is older than some aeons feel a bit ingeuine, since it doesn’t prove anything.
2. The GI glider inside of herta’s space station.
For a Easter egg it’s cool, but for this theory, it becomes a nightmare:
The fact Herta has the glider, implies that 1. She somehow got her hands or it.
Or 2. She somehow went to Teyvat herself.
Assuming that Teyvat was actually in the HSR universe, (Like the universe, they all exists on the imaginary tree, as established by HI3.) why would Herta not know about it? Or more accurately, never heard about it??
She didn’t know what amphoreus was when welt and the astral express asked about it, which also lead to them asking again in 3.0, but she has a glider, so how would she not at least have an idea on what it is??

There was a article that around a couple years back that said that HI3 and GI happens inside their own games, and in turn, own universes.
But there wasn’t a case for this with HSR, so but for the things affecting GI to be similar to HSR isn’t exactly far fetched, same with their connection.

In the recent summer event, it is suggested that Teyvat may have many co-existing pasts, just as Amphorious may have an equally ambiguous past. Not to mention that both Amphorious and Teyvat's Kheanrhi'ah are inspired by Greek mythology. I could, upon seeing the trailer for H:SR v3.0, that we may yet get more information on Teyvat through this new area. I was not there for the event that mentions Tavyet, though I heard about it on Reddit a few months ago. As a lore enthusist of both games, sorry ZZZ, I can't wait to see what we learn, though I care more about Genshin than H:SR.
Khaenri'ah is inspired by Norse mythology, not Greek. Remuria is inspired by Greek mythology. Also forget about this Tavyet, it's a fanmade lore made for a fan drink for hoyofair.

I think what you meant was enkanomiya as the entire thing was obviously greece inspired. And interestingly enough, based on the timeline enkanomiya is supposedly part of a larger singular civilization called unified civilization.
A unified civilization inspired by greek AND also under attack by another alien entity (2nd throne to heaven) while they are being protected by their alien god (primordial one). Totally not amphoreus.
@@iosis9324Remuria is inspired more by Roman mythology, Remuria name is a pun with Lemuria and Remus, twin brother of Romulus, founder of Roma. The architecture style is more Roman than Greek. But Khaen'rhians are also descendants of the Unified Civilization who were Greek inspired, so they are not solely inspired by Norse traditions.
I think it is similar to FGO LB5, the adventure part and the fighting these all powerfull gods part. I wished that fatexhsr colab has a part in the story maybe some of the heroes are fate characters and they will fit well too.
