Bobcat Tacos - Wild Game Recipe

Ever thought about making bobcat tacos?!?!?!? You might really consider it, you've probably noticed that bobcat meat is a nice white meat, looks awefully similar to pork. With some careful handling and good seasoning, you could pass these tacos for beef or pork in a minute. Give this recipe a try, I don't think you'll be disappointed!!!
