- Today on Booze On The Rocks, two Malibu cocktails, a Malibu Blue and a Malibu Red. These two tropical cocktails are not only beautiful but have different unique tastes. The Malibu Blue has a coconut, lime, pineapple, and orange flavors. While the MAlibu Red has coconut, lime, passion fruit, and cranberry flavors. Try them out and let me know what you think.

MALIBU BLUE
2 oz/60 ml Malibu Coconut
.5 oz/15 ml White Rum
.5 oz/15 ml Orange liqueur
1 oz/30 ml Blue Curacao
1 oz/30 ml Simple syrup
1.5 oz/45 ml Orange juice
1.5 oz/45 ml Pineapple Juice
1 oz/30 ml Lime Juice
Method
1. Add all of the ingredients to the shaker tin.
2. Shake with crushed ice until chilled.
3. Strain into a huricane glass over crushed ice.
MALIBU RED
2 oz/60 ml Malibu Coconut
.5 oz/15 ml White Rum
1.5 oz/45 ml Passion Fruit Liqueur
2 oz/60 ml Orange Juice
2 oz/60 ml Cranberry Juice
1.5 oz/45 ml Lime Juice
1 oz/30 ml Grenadine
Method
1. Add all of the ingredients to the shaker tin.
2. Shake with crushed ice until chilled.
3. Strain into a huricane glass over crushed ice.

Ooo, these look great. I have built myself an outdoor pallet bar - tiki style - ready for our annual summer party. Great friends, great live music, and this year great cocktails mostly thanks to recipes I have borrowed from your wonderful channel. Due to the expected numbers (which is unknown as always!), we will be serving all our drinks in half pint glasses. Looks like I will get a couple out of each of these. We have the smallest back garden, but we do pack it! If you ever find yourself in Essex, UK - last Saturday in August - you would be very welcome. Cheers mate, keep them coming!

How long are those straws? I got hurricane glasses too n they are large, so I don't wanna order short straws
