I remember going to something like this once and was drinking coke that was about 3 years out of date lol It didn't taste different to me haha Im defo more funny about dates when it comes to foods, I use to be really bad but as ive got older, ive realised that you can eat things past its best and its totally fine xx how much did it all come to in total ? im just curious, great video xx
No exactly hun cause it’s sealed they are absolutely fine!! We get best before items at work and they have to be removed off the premises but my mum always told me growing up how does an item know that’s the date to go off😂😂 yes me too! If it was meat, eggs anything like that it’s a no go for me! But crisps and chocolate tend to be okay! I’ve watched videos on here of people eating food from in the war😂😂 this shop was around £65 but when I added it all up it was over £300 if I brought it all as normal from a shop or offline so I think it’s great! Hope your okay hun and thank you so much❤️xxx
@@allthingsabbey That is such a good saying by your mum, I will remember that one haha You did fab for the money, you just have to be careful in them places not to buy for the sake of it being cheap and not eating it (thats something id prob do lol) xx

Very good this video only thing I don’t like is when.
you go around the shop you go too fast your camera is cannot keep up so you don’t really see what you are looking at on the shelf it is too quick. You could do to just slow down a little bit when you are showing some of the things

Hi abbeygreat shop you did great bargains I love the pigs jn blanket gravy .I was saying to my son ill have to go to the butchers I ho too and get some meat I want to get a leg of lamb boned and rolled ill cut jt in half and make lamb steaks out of the other half and get other meat some steaks I like cooking in the oven in gravy some pork chops and I might get the Barnsley chops they are double lamb chips to fill my freezer I don't think the is anymeat in now love fran xxxx

Just to play devils advocate, and to look at this from another perspective, why would we choose to buy out of date goods? Unless there is something specific one requires I don’t really get why this was of shopping would be beneficial? From what I could get from this video nothing seemed particularly must have or at an amazing price. I know we are in a cost of living situation and we are all shopping within budgets but I personally would prefer to shop for the deals and offers in Aldi, Lidl etc where things are in date. You frequently share bargain prices yourself ( in date ) so again I’m not sure where this out of date shopping becomes necessary. This isn’t meant to be negative or a criticism just a different view on this.
None taken at all xx we all have our own views, but all of what I got was an amazing offer to be honest and suited our family well…again it’s not for everyone as I said in the video but I know if i can save £20 on a crate of prime I will! I buy them for £2 each normally! I spent £65 and it would have cost me over £300 if I brought it in the shops. Apart from crisps and popcorn every food item was in date and it’s only best before so it’s not actually out of date it’s just got a less time to eat or it’s past the best before so it’s sold for 10x cheaper! I will keep getting my bargains but I exclusively went for drinks and got a few items that I knew were okay but hope this helps xxx
