- Download the CenteMobile App from Playstore of App Store
Click on “CenteOnTheGo account opening
Select your preferred Account type from the available list e.g. CenteDiaspora, CentePlus CenteSavings etc and choose your preferred branch
Capture the details below in the digital form provided
Take a picture of the front side of your National ID
Take a selfie with both ears visible
Write down your signature and take a clear photo of it
Complete the form by providing details as required for your preferred account
Click Submit. An email or SMS with a One Time Password will be sent
Input the OTP to confirm authorization and submit your details. Your account will be activated within 48 hours and the details will be sent via SMS or email

I want to download a bank statement document from online please
Hello @okellojohn7685, we are unable to share bank statements online for security reasons. Kindly acquire a physical statement at any nearby branch at 5,000/= per page. While at the branch, you may also request to add your email address and then apply for online banking to be able to view e -statements and make several transactions on your account using any internet enabled device at your own convenience in the future. ^AJ.

Hello Sir/Madam, you can retrieve your account number through CenteMobile app if registered. Just log into the app, select send money or any other transaction and the account number will be displayed before you initiate any transaction. Alternatively you can make a balance inquiry over the ATM and the account will be displayed on the receipt, or inquire from the customer service consultant any branch. ^AJ.

Hello @AishaNalumansi, our swift code is CERBUGKA and it works for all accounts. You can open one from Natete branch with a National ID, 1 passport size photo, 10,000/= for a CenteSavings account and 15,000/= if you need a Visa card. ^AJ.

Please dial *211#OK, select CenteMobile, input the CenteMobile PIN not the ATM PIN, select send money, choose mobile money and follow prompts. Alternatively, you may use the CenteMobile app. ^AJ.

Download the CenteMobile APP from Google play store or App store and select the CenteOn the Go Account opening Option. Select preferred Account type from the available list of Accounts (e.g, CenteSavings, Diaspora for customers working and living abroad or CentePlus, scan or take a picture of the face of the National ID, capture a self-taken passport size photo, scan a hand-written signature, complete the form by providing details as per Account opening requirements and click submit. An email alert or SMS notification will be sent to you with an authorization code i.e One Time Password (OTP). Input the OTP to confirm authorization and submit details. Account will be activated within 48 hours and the details shared via SMS notification or e-mail alert.
