    Hi,
    I previously owned a PLT Fit305, which also comes with a bairded covering instead of tangling wire. But the down side with the PLT is I can hear the noise of the cable touching my skin or shirt when I'm actually not playing any music or on a call. Does the Jaybird Tarah pro does the same kind of noise? Thank you.

    I actually bought the X3's a month ago , I had 3 replacement cuz all of them had battery drain issues , I was woundering if any of you guys had similar issues . Great review though and I'm considering to grab a tarah pro , It's just I like the looks of the X3's better .

    • @bradskis81
      @bradskis81 4 роки тому

      I went through three pairs of X3s, always failing within a couple months of use. Just a poor sweat resistance design I'm guessing. I finally gave up on them and exchanged the third pair for these Tarah Pros and they have been AWESOME! Can't say enough good things about them and have had them for almost a year now and they're still going strong; and I really put them through the wringer with the amount of running and biking I do with them. I'm honestly surprised they're still working perfectly for how often they're soaked in sweat 🤣

  • @vaidasjazdauskas3250
    @vaidasjazdauskas3250 2 роки тому

    Just bought Tarah Pro, because I broke my X3s... I have them only a few days, but there are a few minor cons about the Tarah pro's I'd like to point out. First, the led light seems to be only white all the time. My old X3 when you plug them used to light red and fully charged go to green. This one is always only on white, so you kind of have to track the time. The other thing is the on/off sound is rather silent, so when you have the headphones on it is a little hard to understand when the headphones have turned off.

    How much of do the TP block out surrounding noise? When running I still want to be able to hear and I found with my other pair of Jaybirds that they eliminate most background noise. This is fine for the gym but for safety reason I want to hear traffic while I'm running.

    I waited for the TPs to come out and was extremely excited to use them until the charging cradle fell through the plane seats and to be forever lost. I have been waiting for 2 months already to receive a replacement with Jaybird stating that they are currently out of stock and do not know when they will have new cradles produced. My TPs are completely useless till Jaybird decides otherwise. Decided to ditch lousy Jaybird support being their customer since their very first model and waiting for the new Beats Pro.

    Survived rain, snow, attacked by my dog, yet still worked perfectly.
    Until a few days ago out of nowhere, it got the equivalent of the red ring of death.
    Fast white blinking followed by two strong red flashes 😭😭

    These are good headphones however some do have charging issues and the rubber on the buttons is very delicate. • @DesFit
      @DesFit  4 роки тому +1

      The Vista and Tarah Pro are both Jaybird’s top of the line headphones, one being truly wireless and the other with the wire. Sound quality they are nearly identical, the Tarah Pros will produce just slightly more volume and they will also have a longer lasting interval battery, but the Vistas are very light and are truly wireless if that’s a feature you’re looking for. Probably comes down to whether or not you want truly wireless or not.

    1:33 Everything is good. On the other hand, this cable wrap will absorb all the sweat along with dirt and bacteria and eventually start to smell bad. That would not be good for your own skin.
    3:01 hahah Well, it is very convenient if you do not want to play music while running or exercising anymore, take them out together, they stick together, you do not have to push anything. This is not the case with most BT Sport headphones. And today there are hundreds, mostly Chinese, cheap BT headphones on the market. "Thanks" to the Amazon and Ebay.
    1:04 Absolutely agree. But if a cable would fit all products, you would not be able to sell new cables. This might be better (even for the company) if they sell the cables separately. Do you already have one, do not need to buy one; ) But it is very likely related to technical development. Maybe they still come to a single cable for all products.
    However, if the sound, battery life and stable Bluetooth connection are there, then you can certainly forego all cheap, Chinese headphones and pay a little more. But for a more qualitative product. Thanks for the presentation! From Germany.

      I've had my Tarah Pros for almost a year now and run and bike with them absolutely drenching them in sweat almost every day. They don't stink or show signs of any mold or anything... 🤷🏼‍♂️ Maybe it's some kind of anti-microbial deal.. I don't know but they still seem perfectly fine. I do just rinse the cable under hot water every month or so too though.
      The charging cable thing... Annoying yes, but I thought I lost mine so I contacted customer service to see when they would get some in since their website said "sold out", and they magically found one in the office and sent it to me free of charge and had it two days later. Then of course I found my old one so now I have two! Oh, and I love these so much, I bought a spare set new in the box in storage for future use if/when something happens to these.

    be careful buying Jaybird Tarah Pro - quite expensive and my pair failed after 1 year and a half of moderate use. Very disappointing as I could've spent half the price for a non brand model and maybe they would still be working today.

      That's interesting - I'm still using this same pair 2 years later. The little bit of rubber that covers the controls is peeling back but other than that they are still going strong. The battery life is still pretty decent as well. Sorry you had issues with yours!

    Honestly, I think the battery life on x3 is good enough. If you work out one hour per day, that 8 hours battery means a week without charging.

      Yep I'm in the same boat. I actually ordered the regular Tarahs to get a sense of the fit and they're alright but I really prefer my Freedom 1's still. At this point I'm going to wait for a sale at Best Buy and then I'll get the pros and just return the regular Tarahs.

    The battery keep depleating over time. In some point from 100% to 0% within 1 hour (after using 3 month). Mine still under one year warranty and manage to get the manufacturer replaced it twice and still, same problem WTF!!!!!. overprice unreliable product..I never ever buy from Jaybird again..

    These things are not durable at all. Within a few weeks they begin to fall apart.

    I dont think jaybird is a good brand, i had x4 one phone stopped working after few months, there is no such brand as jaybird in the world. Jaybird skullcandy etc these are local weak brands. sony samsung etc these are real electronic brands,

      @@tomk8972 I went through 2 pairs of x3 buds, and both failed. The second pair lasted just over the one year warranty, and they wouldn't replace them. All sorts of connectivity problems until they finally just stopped being able to be turned on. The little red LED also stayed on, draining the battery. I would never buy this brand again. Ever. The customer service wasn't the best either.

      @@Kittyburgers that's true I had faith in Jaybird products , I had 3 replacement , my last one just arrived yesterday and they all had battery drain issues , charge issues .. etc .. why the hell is Jaybird ignoring such thing , in the forms of jaybird there are tons of complains against battery issues .
