REV'IT! Sand 4 H20 Women's Pants: rvz.la/3tW83T6
REV'IT!'s Sand lineup is one of the most popular and versatile options for ADV riding. What's new with the Sand 4 jacket and pants, and what kinds of rider should check out this kit for their next rides? Jen tests the women's versions of the Sand 4 jacket and pants using a BMW G 310 GS in this installment of Ride Tested.

I own the Black/Blue/White/Red version . Couldn’t be happier once I understood to handle the thermal and the water proof liners. Don’t use the thermal pant liners either
Great video! You should do more of these Jen!
Excellent review! And very entertaining as well! Thanks so much for posting this. Best regards from Brasilia, Brazil.
Dude, every time I get a video from you I have a blast watching! I have been out and about in all kinds of weather in all camping “configurations”… My ONLY regret is that for the most part I suffer or have a blast by myself. Other than an occasional howdy or wazzup at a pump I have a hard time finding folks to ride with. Any events coming up soon? Never been to a ADV get together… Might be in Arizona after mid January so looking for tips to connect…
I wish the pants had more waist adjustability due to the liners. Thanks for this review, Jen!
Can these go over the boot, or only tucked inside? How do you like that camo color?
Jen
YES!! More Female Rider videos please! :)
Great video. There's nowhere within 450 miles for my wife to try them on. My wife has street Astars boots. Are the pants adjustable enough to go over the boot.
Nicely done video.
So, I like Rev'It styling, pocket placement, etc.
But two big issues: I buy an XL jacket (Tornado 3) and the sleeve lengths are too short. The second issue is I also bought a 2XL pair of pants (Tornado 3), and these are advertised as being adventure riding gear, well with a pair of adv/dirt boots (Alpinestar Tech 7), the inside right-leg zipper gave out after a couple months, no big deal, just ignore it right?
Well, later on the crotch zipper went as well, which is an issue as after only 2 days the button on the waist gave out while I was sleeping in them. So now those pants I just don't wear, even if I have pants underneath to the quick glance it looks kinda odd.
TL;DR Like the Rev'It styling, pocket placement, etc. But the lack of being clear about sleeve lengths on their jackets (no measurement provided in their sizing charts) and their bad zippers on pants, both at crotch and calf make it unlikely I'll ever buy them again, unfortunately as their price point isn't unreasonable.
33” bust ok for the 36? Or 34 without the liners?
Awesome 😎
If you are planning to go hunting or fishing with that bike, then camo makes sense otherwise... it doesn't.
At 7:35, she gives you a clue about the utility of this colour.
I see zero reason that it needs to be camouflage👎🏻
It's occasionally funny to see a BMW GS going down the road without a rider.... Do a double take...wait a minute there is a helmet and pants on that bike.
I dig the camo. but I"m also a hunter.
@@kee7678 camo is a tool for a job. Shouldn’t be a style especially on a woman’s road oriented motorcycle jacket.
@@Captndarty Says you. It's def a tool, however it's also fashion like colors and designs etc right? Should't this woman be allowed to decide for herself. I'm also a pilot, hanggliding and paragliding pilot and CFI, as well as a powered paragliding pilot and skydiver and we often use various designs in the camo style for fashion also. Now if you said "Camo hides you and makes you less easily seen and therefore more dangerous, opposite of high vis protection...I could see your point but even then, you could apply that to everywhere, doing everything except military and hunting. Half of my daily is in various camo LOL. Mostly Kuiu cause its the best and lightest.
People like to buy it. That makes more money for Revit. That's why Revit does it. Same reason that black is the most common color for motorcycle gear. No functional reason. Terrible visibility, terrible thermal management, and boring. But it sells. That's why.
Does the pretty girl come with the jacket? I’ll take it.
