okay i'll be honest. I dont even stan onewe but the amount of content they're putting out is srsly crazy and im enjoying every bit of it! Rain to be mv is one of my fav comebacks this year and veronica was also a bop and now THIS damn i hope they are taking proper rest and not overworking themselves! @@xrain_katx504 in my opinion yes they are so different cuz unappreciated is something successful hasn’t got (I’m really sorry if my grammar is wrong, non-native here :)) any complements at all, nobody described its meaning and importance and never got appreciated by nobody, ABSOLUTELY NOBODY. And under appreciated is something got appreciated but not enough for existence of something amazing. There were complements but most of them were just for being seen like paying attention. Very few people actually understood the deal and really feel what it was meant to feel. Omg you know what I’m just realized that my mindset developed in this 10 months since I met this beautiful song and I wrote this comment. Cuz I see that I used “unappreciated” which is wrong cuz they are appreciated by us. Thanks for making me recognize my mistake

this song was written and composed by guitarist with blue hair, Kanghyun. he was inspired by aurora borealis 🥺 it was also one of the songs that could become title of the album but in the end rain to be became one. aurora had a bit of promo on. music shows & lots of people got interested in it 🥺

the strobe lights on the ground mimicking the aurora borealis + being backlit by several key lights during emotional high points in the song was a genius idea, it works so well in the dark and gives it such an atmosphere

@@suyeesia7770 "Studio We" is the name for a few of their projects including concerts, clips posted to their sns of covers and such as well as their CD only demo album (Parting's physical release). "Studio We Live" is the name of their concert series.
AuRoRa was first reveal in their 2 online concerts Studio We Live #6 [ONEWE? or ONEWE] in January: white and black version both had AuRoRa but different setlists matching a soft white concept or powerful black concept and some of their songs played in different genres to fit each concept, eg. Trauma acoustic in the white and Love Me rock vers. in the black concert. The VODs were uploaded to vlive+ available for purchase alongside other online concerts.
It was also played at the in person Studio We Live #6 encore concerts in south korea so there are fancams on youtube from there.
Most of their title tracks/singles have been revealed in concert so we thought this would be one too and expected them to comeback with it months ago. Worth the wait though and I'm happy that Rain To Be as the title track remained a surprise but that we still got a b-side mv for this because we've been picturing it for so long.

The main vocalist (the one in black with the blue mic stand - fun fact that's customized and a gift from weve!) is Jin Yonghoon, also the leader of ONEWE. He's a 94liner and even tho he just sings here, he can actually play guitar and piano (he plays a lot during vlive and sometimes during concerts too). he's also a songwriter (among others, he wrote the lyrics for two of their tittle tracks, "A book in memory" and "Reminisce about All" , you should listen to these songs!)
The other vocalist and keytarist is Son Dongmyeong. He's a 00liner. He usually switches from piano, keyboard and keytar (but also synth) and he can dance really well too! He took part in two survivals: Produce 101 S2 and The Unit (the whole band took part in The Unit, but Dongmyeong was amazing and made it till the last ep!)
The bassist and rapper is CyA (pronounced ki-ya) (real name Lee Giwook). he's a 00liner and the maknae, a baby genius who always write his rap lines. He wrote this song thinking of his first love, a girl in kindergarten, isn't it cute? He also wrote and produced "Q", a ONEWE title track (and also a collab with Mamamoo Hwasa). As a producer, he has a soundcloud account (latecya) with a lot of masterpieces (and produced a couple of songs for ONEUS!)
The drummer is Ju Harin, 98liner. He always does acrobatics with his drumsticks and can also play piano (there's a cover he made on ONEWE channel!) and saxophone! His biggest hobby is working out (he even did some working out lives to explain how to exercise!!) and he's like the hero of the group, always ready to fix broken things or take care of stuff. Srsly i feel that onewe would be lost without him!
The guitarist is Kanghyun (real name Kang Hyungu). he's a 98 liner and a guitar genius - i mean have you heard that guitar solo? He does that for every song!! he's also a songwriter, in fact he wrote the lyrics for this song (getting ispired by the actual aurora suddenly bursting into the night sky), the titletrack of this album, Rain to be (getting inspired by a inside joke about ONEWE having schedules always when it rains), and also for other two title tracks, "Parting" and "Regulus", you should check these songs out!
As a band, ONEWE re-debuted in 2019 with RBW but they were already a band! They are self-made and together since 2015 (their former name was MAS0094 - aka "Make a sound" plus the birth date of the oldest, Yonghoon, and the youngest, CYA). They found each other by attending the same music academy or by being neighbours! Isn't it wholesome? They have the strongest bond, i swear!
Our fandom name is WEVE - it comes from oneWE and moVE and it means "to go forward together" but also "touch each other feelings".
I truly recommend you to try to give a listen to this whole new mini album, you can find a playlist on their official account, it's called "Planet Nine: Alter Ego". It's probably their best album! And if you want some more music, you can also try two other playlist on their channel: "Memory: Illusion" and "ONE"!

Have you tried the whole album? It's called "Planet nine : alter ego" and it's mind-blowing!! They have a playlist for it on their official UA-cam channel, and two other songs from it, "Rain to be" (the title track) and "Veronica" (another bside like this) have MVs too!

Whenever I feel melancholic, I love coming back to ONEWE. There's something about the music that makes me want to collect myself and getting back up on my feet again after going through hardships. They are so consistent with their output, it's fantastic. You can rely on them to deliver. Such a solid band, really enjoying this comeback!
