Thanks, Jason. Let us know how you get on with the new volume features. We are always adding and improving the feature set. Usually based on customer feedback. You will find lots of tutorials on our channel and across social media and there is an online Moasure community on Facebook where users share tips and tricks and of course, you can always reach out to our awesome customer support team via the support request feature in the App.
Hey Barry, I have been emailing Julien concerning issues I’ve been having with surveying in 3D, especially with getting the closed shape perimeter to close. I found out that the Moasure One Pro app actually gives tips on how to improve the measurements and the app has built-in support that I used. I have even scheduled a phone call meeting with Julien for Tuesday, and it’s so great that you made a UA-cam video on this very subject! What are the chances? Not to mention you guys are in San Antonio, TX since that is where the video was recorded, while I am in Dallas, TX! So crazy! Thank you so much for this video and the excellent customer service you guys offer! I have been blown away by this little device!
Thank you so much for your kind words! We're thrilled to hear that our app and customer service have been helpful to you. It's amazing to see such positive feedback. We'd love for you to come out and meet us at our next show. Keep an eye on our announcements for dates and locations-we'd be delighted to connect with you in person!
Wow this could really make things quicker for my excavation business. At least in residential where customers don’t really have the money to spend on expensive surveys. I could give them a quick estimate on the spot or same day. Is there a new version coming or is 2 pro the latest one?
Hi there, it sounds like Moasure 2 PRO could be ideal for your excavation business! Being able to show clients a 3D survey of their site instantly is a very helpful feature, and ensures that you're saving lots of time when it comes to estimating. Yes, the Moasure 2 PRO is our latest motion-based measuring device and was launched just over a month ago - we also have a 30-day money-back guarantee if you'd like to try it out risk-free.
Hi Jamie, absolutely! We offer CAD file types DXF and DWG, and these files can be exported directly from the app. We have a guide on how it works here if you'd like to discover more: docs.moasure.com/en/moasure-app/export-a-measurement
Hi there, thank you for your question. You can collect as many points as you need within your overall area, depending on how much elevation variation there is across the terrain you're measuring. Our user guide has more information on volume measurements here: docs.moasure.com/en/use-cases/measure-volume-and-3d-terrain. I hope this helps!
Hi Heather, we have responded to your comment on another video regarding this issue, and we apologise for the inconvenience you've experienced. Please could you email support@moasure.com, and our customer service specialists will get back to you to help resolve the issue. Thank you!

Great question! While 3D cameras can capture spatial data, Moasures motion-based technology offers unique advantages, especially when it comes to measuring irregular spaces or areas where a camera might struggle with depth or angles or even visibility. Plus, the combination of features and technology in our devices provides highly accurate measurements that can be faster and more flexible in many scenarios.
Hey Barry… great new feature looking forward to trying this out… great job..👍

Can this information be exported into CAD? What is the file type and how do you get it out of the app?

Is it possible to measure points inside to perimeter so as to have more cut/fill measurements?

Except the app constantly crashes when I try to do a 10 acre rectangle with very minimal elevation difference.

Wouldn't it be faster with a 3D-camera ... ?
I wonder ... please take one out there then post your video for comparison
