very cute project I feel I can make; wondered about how you sew on the beak & that was really easy! So fun to see your other birds.

I love the woodpecker! He'd look so cute in my Christmas tree! Or in my sister's tree, or my Mom's... Great little gifts!

@@gingercakesews we get a decent amount of woodpeckers at our house and so do my parents. I really enjoy seeing them. My Dad somehow turned me into a bird watcher. 👀🐦🕊️🦅

We live in a semi rural area with a valley near us, so we see a variety of birds. I love the heron that nest near us. We've had a couple eagles here as well.

You could use two small beads for the eyes, it would look so much more complete.

This is so cute, I adore birds, glad this popped up. I usually use scraps to stuff, but this makes me want to invest in polyfill again. Is your getting sewing business started book going to be available again soon?

Thanks for sharing this cute tutorial. The sound is really low, though.

Sorry! I know the beginning is loud and then the middle is more quiet but when i adjust my volume it sounds normal. I am learning some new software which isn't really my forte :)

Some libraries will deliver Books to homebound persons. Maybe you could inquire at your local library. Best wishes.

Virginia, I just watched a video by "Kelly Barlow Creation's" and she is warning everyone that has a you tube channel about the new FTC COPPA law that is flagging all videos that pertain to children or crafts that would pertain to children. PLEASE! Go watch her newest video on her channel so she can explain things better to you than I can. If your not in compliance by the 10th of December they can fine you $42000+ per video.

Liz! Thank you for looking out for me. there is a box to check if your videos are specifically for children. I just don't check it even though my videos would be fine for kids of course! To my understanding, that is all I have to do. But I will go check it out :)
