I think I have multiple things going on. Last few days diarrhea with bright red blood and 6 hours ago having pain in lower gut and going down to right testicle. I'll be 60 in April 2021 and honestly never did a monthly test as explained here. In doing your exam as you explained it was painful to even touch the right side one. The right is usually lower, but it was up higher until I was able to get it down more. Then my right index finger felt a lump on the bottom of the right testicle about 1/4" diameter and touching it was definitely where the testicle pain was coming from! It was is a semi-hard lump that's squishy and doing that intensified the pain. No fever and believe that bleeding is a separate issue overdue 5 years for colonascopy, but the testicle pain something else going on! Comment is appreciated, thank, you, Michael!
Hello Michael, there's certainly a need to check with 1) an urology specialist, and 2) with your doctor for your colonoscopy. 5 years is a long time and you shouldn't have waited so long. Especially not at your age. Bright red blood in your stool is definitely not a good and together with diarrhea, both of which need *immediate* medical attention! As for your pain on your testicles, it can be due to multiple reasons. It is impossible to come to a conclusion on what you have online. Please, definitely go to a urology specialist and please seek immediate medical care for your bloody diarrhea and pain! Please comment again after your visit and let us know what happened. Hello dear, we're so glad that you're happy but to clarify, where exactly is the lump you're feeling and what exactly are you feeling? On testicles there can be all sorts of other issues (like cysts or varicocele etc), and it is best that you always visit a 'good' urologist and get it checked. Our suggestion is that, once you get it checked with your doctor to make sure that everything is fine, then do these self-examination every month after taking a shower. I have recently found lumps in my testicles and have been worrying myself sick that I have cancer, but your video has slightly reassured me. I have two lumps, one in each testicle, and they are both at the very bottom and slightly towards the back. You mentioned that cancerous lumps are usually found on the side or top, so this has me feeling a little better. I am still going for a scan at the hospital as soon as I get my referral letter through just to be on the safe side, but this gives me a little hope that I'm ok and I really needed that. Fingers crossed that I can put my mind at ease soon...
Did you get checked because I also have 2 lumps and the very bottom near the back I have been 50/50 because I know cancer lumps appearing on both sides in the same place is probably very uncommon but I still worry that it is cancer so have you gone yet ?
@@gamingwithken2903 Hi mate. I received my scan appointment letter today and am going on August 17th so will know for sure a few days after that, I imagine. The more I've read up on it, the more I'm starting to think that it isn't TC but want to be 100% sure, obviously. There is also a chance that it could be another condition that would still require medication or even surgery (like epididymitis or cysts) which, although not great, would be far more welcome news than having TC! I have an older brother who had TC 9 years ago (he's fine now) so that adds to my fear as, apparently, I'm 8x more likely to have the condition compared to someone who doesn't have a family history of it - not helpful for trying to keep your mind at ease with these things! Anyway, I'll let you know how I get on and if you have any concerns or are worried (or just want to rest your mind) please go and get a scan done yourself. It's scary shit, but it's always a million times better to get checked than it is just to leave it. TC is very treatable if caught early, and the survival rates are around 96%, so don't be ignorant and listen to your gut feelings. Good luck man, we've got this.

I can work even 12 hours a day in my job. and have 3 kids. I think is not messary to see any doctor which can probably make things worst. If you have had it for 10 to 15 years like you said then you would’ve had issues years ago, but still keep an eye on it

6 months ago I received a blow to the right testicle. Yesterday I noticed that on my right testicle on the left side somewhere in the middle of the testicle I have a knot like a grain of rice caught right from the testicle. I only feel this knot if I press on the testicle, then I feel it stay stronger. Can it be normal? How many appendices does the testicle have? There are 2 epididymals and 1 testicle. While balls or scortum is hanging Some portion of my left testicle didnt felt like stone or solid it felt like pressing jelly...but when scortum becomes tight it didnt felt like that...only when hanging my left testicle hangs lower than right and some portion of left testicle feels like jelly not like a stone

I am slightly confused,I can feel a small squishy bump,painless,but I am not sure if its on the epididymis or not. Its on the top of the testicla right beside where the epididymis ends. Sometimes it feels like its attached to the epididymis but I am not sure.
In my right testicle it hangs lower than the other but towards the bottom of it is not necessarily a lump I don't think but it feels like it's not really apart of the testicle but it also does not hurt or feel hard is this bad or good?

Very helpful video 📹 is there a video explaining normal testicle size ect, my testicles are about the size of the oranges you used in video or eggs 🥚 sized I would say. I sometimes get slight pain on the left teste. Are my testes normal healthy size or cancer or considered large idk. When i do testixular self exam..
I can feel the vas deferens on top testis with the spermatic cord the pampiniform plexus and the veins artery.
On the vdeo illustrated the the vas deferens begins at the tail epididymis..
And when i do TSE..i can feel only the epididymis body and tail..i cnt feel if theres vas deferens connected to it .but on top of testicle i can feel the cord of vas deferens .
Did i do the right TSE?

So I found a lump but it's not connected to my knots I guess you would say. It's connected to the the sack itself and it doesn't move around or nothing but it is on the inside. I dont know if that's anything to worry about or not

Hello Amaresh, try to do your self examination again right after you took a warm shower. You should be able to feel any lump or bumb on the locations we mentioned in the video, if there's any. If there's nothing, keep checking the same way every month. If there's something and/or you're not sure, check with an urology specialist.

Hello I'm 16 years old and I don't know what I Have so Please tell me what you think it is. I went to the hospital because I had a lump on my right testicle it was really painful ( this was 6 months ago) I don't remember what they told me but they said it's not going to affect my life and told me to take Tylenol and painkillers if it hurts. The lump haven't disappeared yet but I'm starting to have the same pain and making an appointment by the end of the month. So please what you think it is
Try also to see another urology specialist to make sure you get the right diagnosis. Have them do a thorough check on your testicles.

@@dumitrachenicusor2345 Dude you're not helping yourself. She can't guess based only on your poor description of symptoms in a UA-cam video comment. You can find tons of solid information online from legit urologists that can give you an idea of what can it be but you STILL NEED to go for a check up specially for a ultra sound to your testis not only to understand exactly what you have but also to get the proper treatment and give you some peace of mind.

Hey Dr, I have a slightly smaller than pea sized lump on the right side, but it is on the skin and not attached directly to testicle. I can move the skin around and the lump moves with the skin and doesn’t stay still on the same part of the testicle. It isn’t sore to touch but sore to squeeze, almost like a pimple. Thank you!
Definitely have it checked by an urologist. Don't wait. Also, watch our 'What is testicular cancer?' video for more information. Again, don't wait, have it checked. It is always better to be safe than sorry.

@@alexjjustin it eventually developed a head and it turned out just to be a deeply embedded spot. Weirdly enough it is still there. But I did get checked out and most testicular tumours are found Directly on the testicle. Most men also have slightly rubbery feeling lump on the bottom sides of one or both testicles and those are totally natural.

@@alexjjustin I think so man but obvs I’m not a doctor, so I’d say check it just to be sure. Try not to panick bc tbh it doesn’t sound like anything serious but the check only took a minute, wasnt awkward and I learned exactly what to look for in the future, no shame dude. Good luck

Hi there, i’m going to call my doctor tomorrow however, I am quite nervous. I have a lump on the bottom back side of my testicle (not the front or the side). I have had this lump there for a while. I think the first time I took notice of this lump was probably 3-4 years ago. I checked the doctor then and he told me it was nothing (just physical examination no scans). However, it feels slightly larger now and im not sure if its the epidymis swollen a bit or if its cancer? When I touch it, it’s separate to my testicles and it feels like... well what I would imagine a tiny brain would feel (sack-like, lumpy, maybe kind of veiny?). I also injured my left testicle and bruised it when I was in grade 10 (8 years ago?). What happened then was I bruised it and swelled for a few hours and then I was fine to go home from the hospital because I just bruised it a bit. Ever since then, i’ve been checking my testicles and felt that lump
@UA-camMySTIC yeah I did an ultra scan and it turns out I had a really really small water sack or something? Apparently its not dangerous unless it grows to become really big then the water sack will need to be removed but where it is now, it can just be left as is!
@UA-camMySTIC Yup exactly! It comes and goes. Most days I won't feel anything and then one day it'll feel pretty uncomfortable! Idk though, I would say it could be the way you're sitting too and sleeping maybe? Even the pants and underwear you wear sometimes? But yeah!
@@KozaiDesign Does the lump get bigger when you are exercise and gets smaller when you lay down
@@charleszr853 Hmm I don't keep track of it getting bigger when I exercise but when I lay down I can say that its definitely harder to locate and feel as if its not there. Unsure if that's because of the angle or not
