I've been talking about the accessibility of cards lately, but I haven't mentioned the grueling Lv. Up Card Rewards. Quite a few good ones in the game but I'm only going over Duel Monster Character's and GX Characters for this part. I chose not to do Masked HERO Blast in this part and I feel like I''m going to regret it immediately.

Since you are mentioning Destiny Draw, having two copies of Malicious are also great and absolutely help Hero decks, especially if you are in a budget.
I’m hoping archetype pieces get mentioned next time. Like King of the Skull Servants for Bonz, Skullcrobat Joker for Yuya, or Toy Vendor for Sora

Windstorm or Curse of Anubis is better than Regulation. Both can save you for 1 turn and its more generic.
