So, ab grain free dog food. It’s actually been helpful for 2 out of our 3 dogs. Ironically both our boy dogs. Our biggest boy is a pit mix and couldn’t get above 70/75 lbs for so long. He has super bad anxiety and dietary issues and grain free food has helped him put on enough weight for him to be healthy. I just don’t want ppl hearing your experience and assume all grain free dog foods are bad for all dogs. It’s pretty much the same of ppl avoiding certain foods for no reason. Yah eating gluten free helps the celiac but probs didn’t affect the person without any allergies

My thoughts exactly. Grain free dogs food in itself isn't the problem. Some dogs actually require it (1 of my pitbulls that is severely allergic to ALL grains). My vet said as long as you supplement anything they may be missing from literally all foods, grain free or not, they'll be good. Each dog is different and requires different diets.

what dog food? i do grain free authority, i found it was the kind of meat for my pups. they cant do anything besides turkey, duck, or fish! but im interested in trying others to see if some recent issues are maybe the food.

We also made the mistake of giving out German Shepherd grain free food for years and ended up having to switch him off of it after is blood work got slightly messed up. Luckily he’s okay. I wish more people understood that unless your dog has an actual sensitivity to grains, they need to be fed grains. At least we know and will never make that mistake again!
