1.5 cups whole wheat flour
efined flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1.5 tsp powered sugar
2 tbsp yoghurt
3 tbsp olive oil
Warm water as required
Falafel
1.5 cups chickpeas (soaked overnight)
Coriander powder
cumin powder
Roasted sesame seeds
2-3 tbsp besan
Salt to taste
Lemon juice
Green chilli- 1
Finely chopped onion
3-4 cloves of garlic
Pinch of baking soda (optional)
Creamy Hummus
1 cup boiled chickpeas
Chickpea water (or regular water)
4 cloves garlic
Salt to taste
Cumin powder
1/2 tbsp roasted sesame seeds (or tahini paste)

I tried making falafel. But when I was making it the dough it was very soft (गीला गीला). Help me in this please.
