wow ! on landing the thing looks just like the real 737, the wing flex and the angle of attack are just perfect! seriously considering buying one! reasonable price too! very good video!!!
@inthetubedeep The build was quick and uneventfull. The EDF's are holding fine so far and provide enough power for scale flying from a concrete runway. I don't know if they will be good enough for grass takeoffs on 3S (and for grass you'll need different landing gears). The fans need some balancing, but then they are pretty quiet and powerfull enough.
Great flights and Awesome plane!! Do you think it has a heavy enough payload to make a good platform for a FPV system? Looking to do some super high altitude flying in the future. What better design than an airliner!

Dank je. De camera is een zgn 'keychain cam', de oude (niet HD) versie. De beeldkwaliteit daarvan is niet fantastisch, maar ze zijn klein, licht en goedkoop. Toch leuke beelden. De video's bewerk ik met Adobe Premiere Pro. Zeer veelzijdig programma, maar niet voor de echte beginner. Je moet er even in duiken voor je het in de vingers hebt.
@barquirion I do not have an A380. The higher the price for the B737, the more electronics or the better electronics you get. The model is the same for every option. All have the retracts. I added the lights myself (not an option of Windrider). So more expensive just means more electronics like servos and batteries included or more powerful engines.
@k9cop68 Space enough, and the model will carry your stuff, but I think this is not a suitable FPV plane. Landings are critical, you can not just drop the plane in the grass like an easystar, and high altitude flights will require a lot of battery capacity. Just fly this one as a regular model and look for something else for your FPV stuff.

The model is not so bad. Let me add some nuance. The wings do flex a bit much as the carbon spar is on the thin side. The conditions were quite turbulent, so yes the aircraft does rock a bit like any model without stabilisation would. For me stabilisation is not necessary on a big model like this. In more quiet weather the airplane flies just fine without.

@ozvooky There was a little bit crosswind, but not too much. I found out later that this model does not like crosswind. Takeoffs and landings are quite difficult with crosswind.

Beetje klittenband met kleeflaag op zowel vliegtuig als camera. Supersimpel en houdt goed genoeg.
@jankaps82 Yes, it does. In the movie the springs were too stiff (original), later I shortened the springs to have better suspension.
