This was not the kind of video I was expecting, but I enjoyed it very much. You reminded me in your opening statement of some friends years ago who were going to sell their house and who did all kinds of work on it prior to putting it on the market. When they finished, they remarked to one another that they liked it so well now that they might decide not to sell. They did, in pretty short order, put the house up for sale because they were simply out of room. But it really is a big deal to get your space finished and be able to enjoy it.
