I really loved this Q&A video! I agree with a lot of people in the comments that the style was very much like catching up with an old friend over matcha. I also enjoyed you talking about whether you wanted kids and how it came to be. I don’t follow many people who talk about pausing when processing such a big life adjustment. I also agree that realizing (and accepting) that you want kids is similar to a spiritual awakening. For me, I grew up thinking I wanted kids because that was what was ingrained in me. But as I got older, I went back and forth over whether I wanted kids (and that’s OK, too!). Just wanted to say thanks for being open about it.
I love the cycle comment! I'm constantly reflecting on weeks where I make 5 tiktoks and 2 youtube videos in a week and I have to remind myself that its NOT sustainable to be constantly pumping out content 24/7!
Yesss ride the waves! If you’re feeling inspired go for it, but don’t feel guilty when you’re not reaching that level of energy in your more introspective phases !
So funny I actually tried making cold foam this morning for the first time! I did it in my frother machine which has a cold setting I've never used. I was just as excited as you about it, it's definitely going to be a staple all summer!
As a mother myself I can truly say motherhood is not for everyone. I found when you do have a baby you find everyone offers their advice but none of it is helpful. I started my journey to motherhood unplanned whilst using oral contraceptives at 31. I All I can say if you want a child start now as it is harder in your mid to late 30s. I had preeclampsia with my daughter when I was 32. My daughter was born at 35 weeks and we named her 한나 as it was a name that my husband could use that went between English and Korean
I would take a million parts to this Q&A! I loved the vibe. It was like catching up with an old friend at a cafe!
Awww that’s the best compliment ever!!!

1000% agree - that part of the Q&A felt like a big, comforting hug and Jules telling me it's OKAY to feel this way
