The fatal flaw with Polylok risers is that the screw mounts break way too easily. Never use all the screws to secure it, but only use four. When those four screw mounts break down, and they will about the third time you remove the lid, shift the cover slightly to find four more "new" holes. Eventually, all the mounts will split and you'll be left with an unsecured lid and/or septic gases leaking out. Yay.

Breaks the screws every time you open it.
I installed it 5 years ago and have had to open it a few times for inspection and pumping. Only have one set of screw lugs left that aren't broken. I am installing the screws by hand and every time I have opened the lid, the lugs are broken. I have been a mechanic and plumber all my life and I don't over tighten anything.
Its clearly a flaw in manufacturing. The lugs are too thin or the provided screws are slightly too large in diameter or slightly too long
I suspect that's why they don't include screws anymore. Takes the liability off the manufacturer if the purchaser provides their own screws.
    Mine came with screws.
Piece of junk. I do not recommend these
