i believe (though i might easily be wrong) that the stilt foundation that you can build in the water *_and_* on the land will be a part of the free update in the base game. so in theory, you will be able to build houses on water without Island living. in theory. but again, i might be wrong.

Отличная работа, думаю этот коттедж отлично встанет на воду в Сулани. У тебя хорошо получается интерьер, просто я ленивый и делаю хороший интерьер только тогда, когда мне очень хочется. Экстерьер очень схож с совр. бунгало в Санлит Тайдс, я тоже строю в таком стиле сейчас каркасы, что бы с выходом Жизни на острове дополнить их новыми объектами и поставить на воду. Дом в общем приятный и атмосферный)

Click on your first step and use the "height tool" to raise it up 1 time... the one in the middle step raise it up 2 times.. and 3 times for the last one.. 2. With the "terrain tool" use the "raise terrain tool" over the steps... to where it almost the same height as the third step or a little bit higher.. then pick a "floor pattern"... Place the floor pattern in between the steps and then on the step.. or the other way around.. 3. Use the "terrain Tool" again but this time use "smooth tool" around the steps... Then use the "flatten to height tool" not the "flatten terrain tool" in front of the first step..
