I already have due to watching a lot of movie commentary and have already known about this movie being notoriously bad
I mainly know about this movie because the Conan O'Brien show spent many episodes hating on the movie, writings songs about how much they hate the movie, etc.
Not only is this movie bad, but it's filmed so amateurish too. The whole movie is filmed so dull and generic you would think the director's only credits was directing a few shorts on UA-cam (if UA-cam existed back then).
No, I would not watch a sequel. I consider myself blessed that I never watched this. I’m sorry you had to put yourself through this again. In the bin!

I regret being reminded this movie exists. I can't even remember if I've seen it before, I feel like I have some very hazy recollection, but it's like my memory tried very hard to protect me from the memory. I would like to go back to that

I did not know about this movie and in J-lo words "I am so glad" WTF was that? If she makes a sequel I hope it is a entire new movie, there is no salvation to this.
My reactions watching this video: 1- the Intenet always said Gigli was trash. 2-hey, I had no idea Gigli was remotely lesbian. 3-oh no. 4-oh HELL NO. 5-burn this movie to the ground and chainsaw the ashes.

I, thankfully, have never seen this movie and it looks like that was a good decision.
Now I would like the movie of the mom and JLo's character... Or store clerk and the mom and Jlo's character. Here me out: JLo's character is sent to kidnap some... kid... but he's not home so she kidnap's the mom and sparkle sparkle... and then they run into the clerk and... Oh, never mind. Thank you for watching the movie so I don't have to!

I have heard of how bad this movie is but I never knew what the plot was lol. It's somehow even worse than I imagined.
Gigli 2 - Rikki (JLo) bumps into the store clerk from the original and realises Mr. Gigli is as toxic as an alien queen from Aliens and understands she has made an error in judgment. Our heroines hook up, then rip off the plot from Bound by getting one over on the mob and Gigli before driving off into the sunset, mimicking the closing scene of the first film. Oscars and critical acclaim all round.
The gag is Ricky ain't a lesbian. How bout that
J. Lo in this movie made me realise I was attracted to women and couldn't care less about men, so I can't say anything bad about this movie. I'm too emotionally attached to it 😭
this movie sounds terrible (thank god i've never seen it lol) and nothing could make it better, but couldn't they just make her bi instead of a lesbian?? 😭would have been a teeny tiny bit less lesbophobic of a film...

Christopher Walken was in a great tv show called 'The Outlaws' not too long ago. One of the characters, Lady Gabby, is bisexual. Now, unfortunately this does not lead to some must-watch wlw scenes, but I stiil recommend it because it is really, really good.
As for this movie: Thanks for reminding me. Now I'm going to have to forget the very existence this monstrosity all over again...😫

I’ve known Gigli for 20 years as the terrible movie where Bennifer began. I’ve never seen it, and this is the first time I’m hearing J.Lo’s character is a lesbian!
Well, I haven't watched the original (which I didn't even know existed in the first place, nor do I intend to after this) so I'm gonna pass on an eventual sequel. This movie was so nasty and offensive that if I was any of the people involved I would've been ashamed to even bring it up today!
Literally the thing I remember the most about this movie was:
1) People calling it "giggly"
2) How much the Conan O'Brien show hated it that the lead band singer would make entire songs about how much he hated it and it was a recurring joke on the show.
That movie's synopsis alone always gave me the ick, glad I've never watched it.

The *only* good thing about this movie is the word “dykosaurus” in the car scene which led me to the word “butchosaurus.” Otherwise, the film is horrible and I would never, ever watch a sequel. Thanks for the great review
I’ve never had any issues with straight actors playing gay…AS LONG AS THEY PLAY THE CHARACTER WELL…OMG, I tried to finish this movie so many times. I just could not. I’m not a JLo fan at all. I try to avoid all movies with her in them. Ben Affleck is good, in most things, but not the kind of actor I would watch a movie just because he’s in it. It wasn’t just bad acting in this film, it is just bad! There are too many damn “lesbian” movies where the girl realizes the likes men at the end, and the world is all better because of it. This shit sends a message to the straight, conservative idiots that the LGBT+ community can be “fixed.” And Damn it, we were born this way! ( thank you Gaga!). We need less of this kind of movie or Tv shows, and more of great content with great representation…like A League Of There Own (still pissed, might stay pissed at Amazon and all the other companies who have dropped lesbian shows like crazy, in the past year or so.).
I totally agree. I'm so tired of these movies where dick for brains ends up getting the girl, when she's a lesbian!!!! Can we just have HEA, for once?? After hearing what the movie was about I am so very glad I never watched this movie. Ya I'm with jlo going back to her ex or the other woman who was practically eye fucking her haha. I don't think I'd watch a sequel. But Gigli should just keep saying how straight he is, while non con bottoming for a man the whole sequel and it still wouldn't atone and would continue it's mislabeling trend of offense.
