I'm *TRYING* to do the math as to how the final battle loss chance is 1.3%..
28/35 , 55/73, 23/26 (Divine Shielded) - Their gems are +7/+7. The *most optimal* battle for them would be that dog goes first, wipes the 2 taunts. (2 deaths)
Then their deathrattle lands into any of dog's taunted stuff (1 death)
Then dog's cleave attacks perfectly into the center of the scallywags (3 deaths + 2 each per deathrattle = 9 deaths)
Then baron dies into a taunt (1 death).
This gives a total of 13 deaths. or 6 proc's of Bristlebach.
6 Procs of normal Bristle = 12 gems played on all quills (including self)
6 Proc's of golden Bristle = 24 gems played on all quills (including self)
36 total gems hits Roogug. So he plays 36 gems on another quillboar. Let's assume *all* of these gems land on the golden bach.
36 x +7/+7 = +252/+252 x 2 = +504/+504 on the golden bach.
Roogug gets +252/+252, and the normal bach gets +252/+252
Their final stats would be
280/287, 559/577, 275/278 (Divine Shielded)
... So many stars would have to align in order for this battle to go positively after this. Both his roogug and bopper would need to bump a shield and hit a minion without killing, then after the two taunts die: the 559/577 has to land a hit on the cleave. Then proceed to make perfect trades. I honestly don't know if I'd feel cheated on if that outcome just so happened to have landed like that. The 55/73 *NEEDS* to have roogug give them at *least* 7 of the 36 blood gems, which isn't that bad of a chance, until you realize it needs enough health to survive a bump from either dog's roogug or bopper, which means it needs either 35, or 33 of the 36 blood gems. That is the *only* way the 1.3% chance happens. I'm guessing it's accounting for the 33 one and not 35... because having 35/36 blood gems flip a 50/50 coin in all of this chaos does *not* sound like "1.3% chance of winning".
Edit: *this is not even mentioning the fact that the first initial gems roogug spits out MUST NOT hit any minion to the left of the non-golden Bristlebach!*
that 3rd place guy got dogged by one cleave lol
He lost enough life to lose the next game aswell

14:35 the triple oil ego wow... not all of us get to spend 13 gold every turn like you dog :(
He's rich
analysis bannerboar vs bopper:
18:10
Stats wise they both give/play 4 gems ( twice with drakkari )
Banner can be played next to roogug but gems in hand can be played on him also.
so the only arguments are
- the tripple option on bopper
- that the remaining gems are either played on cleave or bopper himself.
- hand size issues with 8 gems in hand
One additional argument is that banner buffs are effective for that combat whereas bopper's can't be played on roogug until the following turn, but mathematically they are the same.
You missed the main argument for bannerboar, it being that going with bopper instead leaves you 8 gems weaker for the final fight (8 in hand vs 8 on board)
Reworking a character can be just as good as getting a new character if it’s done well enough
My thoughts too. Something needs to happen tho. I understand them not wanting to delete hero’s due to skins, so then just rework the hero??
honestly i dont mind either way, living f2p and only ever seeing the same heroes every time makes it real demoralizing when i know other fun things exist but i get 2 choices to most often play the multiple champs im familiar with from my time when battlegrounds first came out
getting some more time with the multiple years of new content would be pretty cool
Gallywix used to be "spend 1 gold: get a gold coin." Ragnaros used to be "spend 3 gold: deal 8 damage to two enemy minions at the start of next combat." Then again, some changes make a hero objectively more boring, like Dancing Deryl or Zol'jin
Dude I started playing again but I haven't reached my old ELO yet so I've just been buying most Strike Oil things I've seen at any given time, it's a very fun way to play indeed
Didn't buy oil turn 1. I've been lied to, lead on, and possibly bamboozled. My day is disappointed and I'm ruined.
Only possible with rolling a 30 on snake eyes. I've done it, not easy
@@NbNgMODa 30?
@@maomaeramnon3870 yeah? Got a problem with that?
Thanks for not spoiling with ending musing anymore 🙏🏼
I know Rylak Gem Smuggler can go crazy but without Murk-Eye In the game to transition into later for perma stats isn’t it just worse than charlie drakkari. Like you want a drakkari in a murk eye comp for sure but Rylak on its own does nothing in this comp without murk eye later on. Man Dogs chat sometimes
With golden rylak you can add jazzer. That way you get much higher scaling. Find the occasional additional battlecry give all 1 gem and your set
@@maomaeramnon3870 yeh I know jazzer works with rylak too but pokey drakkari murk eye. is so much better than rylak
@@mvh- you just don’t get the same multipliers as with baron, bran bird and rylak
@user-xo5gy4zt5e I meant in this instance in this game. Dog had equal chances to find both and already had a pokey so he wants to prioritise drakkari over anything
Good Morning Oceania
Outro: No, then they’re a paying actor.
The last guys board was cool
In hand when its the last turn vs being played
Tavish would be better having a HP that you choose from 2 options twice: high/low and narrow/spread.
That way you can spread your damage between multiple targets or a single target, and you can target the healthiest or least healthy.
This would at least allow him to do 1 dmg to all and knock off Divine Shields when at 7 dmg.
Or to do max damage to a single high/low health target.
Or to eliminate many low health targets to clear un-upgraded "fresh" buys if he has equal to the targets in multiple(s) of damage - e.g. if he has 14dmg and the opponent has 7 minions and he chooses "spread" then they all take 2dmg each, which would clear all basic Leeroy's.
Was Dog playing poker a one-off? Just Saw him at a table on a UA-cam video and got stoked.
The reason that that battlecry messed up the odds is that the beast could have summoned rylok
@12:15 Why doesn't the rylak trigger the 4/7 to the right?
Rylak got nerfed only triggers to the left unless golden.
bedtime show dropped fellow eu
dogdog playing ramp druid this game
"No"
I won't take the Tavish slander! Once buddies are back you will see!
A few heroes I would cut:
-Inge, Iron Hymn: stats balanced around 0 mana cost ZZZZZ
-Tavish
-Guff: more boring Sylvanas, who is already on the boring side.
-Deathspeaker Blackthorn: Blood gems can be good, but that doesn't make them very interesting
-Murloc Holmes: Great name, needs a little change. We already have Barov for more interesting guessing games
-Vol'jin, Drek'thar, and Vanndar...and Saurfang and Cariel. Same kind of boring crap. Vol'jin used to be cool, now he still can be, but why have less great Vol'jin? Just because of magnetize and shellemental type of effects?
-Queen Wagtoggle. Combat scaling from Tarecgosa/Poet doesn't redeem her.
-The Jailer and Rakanishu--low effort versions of Edwin Van Cleef
-C'thun is almost interesting with end of turn bonus triggers, but no.
-Mukla: I just hate this being in the game, making it more volatile in the early turns. Plus, you play Mukla and don't get a cleave while some jerk who rushed t4 with no minions suddenly whops you down with a big old pirate. Your saving grace is that hearthstone doesn't let you observe opponents, so your seething is limited. Thanks for thinking of our mental health, Blizzard!
cthun is insanely fun figuring out curves and finding permanent minions is fun its my favourite hero dont touch him -.-
Roogugs don't bounce off eachother?
Of course, if they did having two roogug and nothing else would make a blood gem bounce fpr infinity.
Hus text says different, which means a minion with a different name.
The undead with deathrattle to give reborn also say a different minion to not go infinite with itself.
@user-xo5gy4zt5e well yeah but imagine how fun that would be
The bad heroes are there to convince free to play players to buy the battlepass.
Facts. They got me, i got tired of playing boring heroes
What is that clicking?
Tavish is just not as solid as he used to be. Back in the day, he was pinnacle for sniping barons, fish and bumpers. Now, with the stat creep, he just doesn't really do anything past turn 6-7
Watching people pass on it early is cringe to me. Pays for itself I’m 3 turns.
me and u 4ever DOGGIE :3 UWU
Let me ask my viewers how to play lol.
bannerboar golden = 8 bloodgems not 4 with drakari 4 per side :(
And bongo with drakkari is also 8 lol
@@shlabedeshlub3334 yeah with golden bongo, but he didn't have golden
@@Zaigan1 No golden bongo would be 16 with drakkari. Golden banner = normal bongo. Golden T4 = normal T5

Good Morning us from eu
good night
GN eu ❤️
I don't think they need to remove heroes just have a add a adjustable personalized pool of heroes you are willing to play and just make sure the number in the pool is greater than 8* number of hero alots or have a random offered hero if yours are not available because of limited heroes in your pool and someone else randomly got those heroes
Na bruh, u meming- lavish is fun
Goodnight EU
I am once again getting unreasonably upset at dog's pronunciation of card names.
I'm pretty sure it's POKE-y and not POCK-y Thornmantle ಥ_ಥ
I would have sacked like a quarter of heroes, especially those which are either boring to play (C’thun) or straight up poorly designed (Tavish). Nobody cares
I dont know man, but I barely reach 4k, and been facing much stronger oponents.. not telling about all of his games, but this one...
That means nothing, after you hit 7k + mmr most players know how to play for top 4/3/2 instead of going for the top tier builds all games. The "weak" galakrond got top 2 and it's probably happy with it, meanwhile 4k players are probably trying to hit perfect builds at and getting top 6/7/8 forcing something the game is not giving. Being high mmr at this game requires you to know how to do best with what is offered to you, and if you don't do it you get punished, unlike low mmr games where players don't punish you for absolutly nothing and you can be greedy asf, that's why some lobbys at high mmr some top 2 or 3 are fucking shit builds
