So well done, Wyatt. Thank you. I just got done with a 3 week class, with a teacher whom really couldn't teach. I learned more in this one video, than I did in 3 classes. You have an even-toned voice, a cute sense of humor, and a clear way of describing things.
Wyatt uses superb descriptive dialog in his tutorials. Some instructional videos leave you wondering what the heck they're talking about. I understood every step of this tutorial. Great instructor ..thanks!
Very well done. Clear and slow enough that I didn't have to keep going back to re-see or re-hear something. Thanks! Oh - and it also helps to build my confidence when I see that other people do silly things like measure once, cut twice! or expect a heart but can't do it do to the nature of the design. That was worth every second of my time!
Wyatt is awesome. You can see him on JTV at times too. The banding pliers he is using in this video, he invented them!!! And many other tools, as well as gallery wire. Wyatt, you're the best. Love watching him on JTV. Would love to take a class with you.
Thank you for an easy to follow directions. I don't like when people add music to the background.I've watched a couple of your how to videos and they are very informative.
Thanks for the video. I found it really informative and the guest you had spoke with a good speed, and didn't over complicate it as I find most do. Keep 'em coming.
Thanks sooooooo much for having clean fingernails and a decent manicure . So many people make these videos with gross nails and it doesn't matter how good the video is . You just can't watch it all. Your information was great too, btw !
Actually english is not my mother tongue but your tutorial is very very nice to understand. I think you´ve done a very helpful and awesome job! Thank you very much!
Finally a clear-cut tutorial that I can grasp and attempt. I have done some wire wrapping of sea glass but this technique will help me to figure out how to finish it off nicely without the wire poking. Thanks!
This really taught me something very important . How to wrap a stone. Now I want to use wrapping and coiling to embellish the piece I made, I am using an evil eye glass cabochon and I will embellish it to look more like an eye. then I will set that into a larger pendant with other elements. Great tutorial!
thank you very much for this tutorial, I live in Spain and here is not well known this technique, My English is not very high but thanks to the installation of video so good that you have done, only with the images I find very practical,,thanks you so much.
I appreciate the good lighting and the close shots. You do well at keeping your hands from obscuring what you're doing and at explaining why the materials, tools and techniques work together. Great job and lovely work!
Thanks so much for this very clear easy to follow tutorial. I love Wyatt!! When I had cable I used to watch him on jewel school all the time. In fact I got into jewelry making from him. I turned on jtv and it was Wyatt sharing a demo of the new at that time 3D bracelet jig! Needless to say I was hooked and bought and kept buying and watching jewel school faithfully. I have so much material I could literally open up a store. When you’re 1st starting out you don’t know what to purchase so I just kept buying everything! I know do wire wrapping ( also thanks to dale cougar Armstrong too); beadweaving; gemstone; crystal jewelry and many other techniques. So if like to say a big thank you to Wyatt white for getting me started into making my own jewelry. Much love!!
Wyatt's such a fantastic teacher isn't he? We've learned so much from him over years and we're so lucky we got a chance to make these videos with him, it makes me smile every time someone discovers them again. Thanks for watching Melissa, glad we could share this with you!
Wyatt, you are inspirational! That is just sooo beautiful, you are such an artist. Also, lovely to see a man who cares about how his hands look! Double points for that! My late hubs was like that, I so appreciate it...you are a great teacher. More please. Love... Sylvia x
You can which tools Wyatt used in this video on the project page for Project N5000 at our website. You can just type N5000 into the search bar at the top. Generally, you would want to have chain nose pliers and round nose pliers for any project, plus a good pair of flush cutters. In this particular project, Wyatt also used the wire banding pliers.
I very much appreciate how clearly the directions are given, as well as the quality of the video. I will be saving this one to attempt at some point (I have a large selection of undrilled stones that need this treatment!
It's so nice to see something made with fancy wire. so much is made with just round wire. It's nice to get an idea of how things look using different textures. Thank you, Wyatt. You have wonderful techniques.

Instead of 'eyeballing' or 'rolling the stone' on the measuring tape, I like to use a piece of string, wrap the string around the stone or cabochon then measure the string. The rest of the video was informative and moved at a steady pace. Thanks for the video!
you are an awesome teacher. thank you so much. I feel so inspired and encouraged by your clear instruction. I do love working with wire, metals and stones of all kinds, thanks again.

WOW, I really like this technique and the wire you use makes such a hugh difference in the look of the pendant. Thanks for showing this. I will be doing this very soon.
Thank you so much for great lesson with wire. I have been practicing with my wire and wanted to make something more decorative and now I feel I can accomplish this. I look forward to more from you.
You're a very good teacher! The way you explain what you're are doing is very comprehensive which is how I learn and better retain what I learn. Thank you.
I recall watching this video 4-5 years ago, thinking, wow, I will never, ever, be able to handle wire like he does, and I was just about right. Although I am more adept by far now than I was then, I still think I will never accomplish his mastery of the wire, his ability to direct the wire to go where he says go and have it go there, beautifully. That would be my ultimate goal! 🏆🏅
Thank you for this so well explained, detailed and filmed video, like all the tutorials from Beadaholique, that I never miss! I love Labradorite and this one is spectacular! I'm going to buy one more on the site!

Whether you use fancy (twisted) square wire or plan square wire is just a matter of preference. But I would strongly suggest that you practice on less precious metal if you are a beginner. It can take some practice to get it right, and that way you won't waste expensive gold filled wire.
