Instead of bringing just the ipad to entertain your kid at a restaurant,bring other things for them to do like read,draw,talk with whomever they're with,maybe a bit of ipad if you want an adult conversation,then put it away while eating ,thats why my mom did for me,today when eat dinner or at the salon,I'm only on my phone if I'm by myself or if its important
