My dad recently died and I got his Chevy Silverado Z71. Watching this commercial, I'm bawling my eyes out. It might be my truck, but, to me, it'll always be my daddy's. Beautiful song. Beautiful truck.
Chevy definitely has the most heart when it comes to their ads.
My grandfather passed away in 2021 and had me born and raised chevy. He helped me get my 2016 silverado back then and i will always have it no matter what. Its very sentimental to me.

Silverado is like an archetype.
It is hard to say, but some people can understand what I mean.
This commercial, Like a Rock commercial, and many others... there is a "essence" and I love it.

Yeah, the 3rd gen '14-'18 Silverado exterior was prefect. Loved the Boxy look. The 2019-2021 Silverado looks great too, but the classic look of the 3rd gen is the best.

Mine was made at this plant in September of 2010 is a 2011 model 1500 z71 these men should be proud shes got 235k miles original everything with no lights on the dash and those miles have been overloaded etc has the fort wayne sticker in the door

I love these trucks! Tough as nails, no matter what the Ford guys say! My buddy has a 09’ with 400,000 Miles used daily on a farm, towing stuff heavier than most guys would pull behind a 3/4 ton. I am personally a Chrysler guy, but these GM trucks run a real close second!
