When we were made a chaos lord we were arguably worse than Drakath. Especially my hero who was evil and served Gravelyn and Dage to begin with. We then proceeded to practically tear the world apart. No one was able to stop us and we would have killed Drakath and become a much worse champion of chaos if he had not caught us off guard by revealing our true nature.

When I think about the AQW lore (or the general lore of the AE games) I usually underestimate the storytelling skills of the writers, but if we leave some of the more childish aspects and make them work in a more serious way, we have, in fact, a pretty good epic fantasy saga with real depth. I think I will take my time to rewatch some cutscenes and read about the lore, thanks to your video. I'm really interested in investing my time on this world.
For real I recently came back to this game a year or so ago… The first event I encountered was literally about my character being depressed. I myself struggle with chronic depression and will for my entire life, and it was strange as now it was almost as if my character had been me all along. I’ve taken another break, not because I hate the game or anything I will always love this game… but I need to focus on my mental health too. I may come back every now and then to experience the glory days of my childhood. I meet my ex Fiancée on this game. Some friends I’ll never forget and had fun times I will never experience again. I remember playing all these games back in the day and never realised the timeline between them. I've returned to AQW thanks to the pandemic and seeing this vid made me smile :)
It was never specified that Drakath gave the people of Battleon enough time to escape from the meteors, just that they would crush in a week. And sincd the title is "nothing wrong" why did he call the meteors in the first place then? He only saved the hero because he couldn't beat Ledgermayne by himself and he only stopped Ledgermayne because she became a danger for him not the world. As for the hero killing humans amd monsters it is shown plenty of times that defeating someone in the game does not mean you killed them. Kezeroth, Xan, some chaos lords so if anything the hero is a cool guy. Also helping Sally who was an evil sociopath recreate a monster that wished to destroy humanity is not really a "nice thing".
True but Drakath isn't really the "Bad" guy- its all those that used him. I got back into the game today cuz i read a little of the lore. I changed my alliance to chaos straight away. Not that i don't like good but for now my alliance is with drakath. And Alteon was a necessary (good) king, though he could have just temporarily held the throne while training Drakath to be more upright and then eventually handing the throne over to him. I actually feel pretty bad for Alteon. Its sepulchre the nasty and Queen what's her face that are terrible. I want an Arc that reveals more about the trio (Alteon, sepulchre and the queen) and bring back Princess Tara😭. They should also do something involving Drakath
I think in all honesty Drakath is neither evil or good. Like in the games he is clearly aligned with chaos alone, which really is whatever to achieve his goals. The hero isn't evil. We're not exactly the holiest either, but we did GET IN HIS WAY which made it beneficial to turn us into the next chaos lord. I do think that Drakath thinks for himself though (Which makes for better writing other than "haha crazy anarchy chaos lolz") and that means if he doesn't want you to die he won't let you. Certainly not when he has other plans for you.

She basically payed up for her brother crimes she didint even commit. Plz explain that one.

Dragonfable player here. Also played AQW up until the end of the Chaos Lords saga. I can't agree with this. There's plenty of reasons why, but I think the biggest one is because that in Dragonfable, after (literally) backstabbing Sepulchure, he uses the power of the Ultimate Orb to fuse with Fluffy (The dragon destined to save the world turned Dracolich by Sepulchure). After he's killed, he provides the perfect "Doom Weapon" for the Mysterious Stranger to inhabit and inadvertently causes a near apocalypse, and by extension almost every single bad event past Book 1 of Dragonfable. Also, he was just a straight up jerk in Dragonfable. That being said, I feel sorry for him. Just a little. He had to work for Sepulchure. The only good part of that is the dental.
so at the final saga I discover that I am the 13th lord of chaos and I have to kill the 13th lord of chaos (me) to stop him/me from summoning the 13th beast of chaos (me) but the 13th lord of chaos (me) throws an egg in the air and a dragon (me) suddenly appears, so we have 2 mes with 1 me trying to defeat me and me. then drakath kills me, me and me, then I kill drakath
I honestly can't tell if this is trolling or not. Drakath is anything but good. With the exception of his mirror world counterpart. First things first, drakath admired his father and was aware of the things he did, yet he still wanted what his father had. Also.... Stop Sep from using the orb? Upon completion you can see Drakath smile in a 'At long last!' kind of way, it was never to stop Sep, he even said he only joined Sep to use him to get his throne back. He was never overpowered by the orbs as he retains his mental functions as a dragon. The queen of monsters promised him power, even more so if she was freed, so it was more than a debt. The sisters didn't trick him into throwing the meteors, he's shown to be anything but stupid. He gave them time just to be random, as he likes to spice things up that way, because that 'is how chaos works' in his mind. There have been cases where he abused his powers for the sake of his own amusement, the queen of monsters even commenting on that. To further show that isn't trickery. The sisters are essentially counseling decisions on good and evil. He PURPOSELY changed the good sister out with the mirror world's evil one, so it's evil and evil. As for the chaos lords, he went for people whom he could coax into serving him by offering power, with the exception of Khassandra, Ioada and Alteon. he chose the hero as the final chaos lord for the sake of Irony, the guy whom had been standing against him for so long, it was amusing to him that the hero became the ultimate villain and fought his old allies. When it comes to Ledgermayne, the sole reason why he helped the hero isn't because of good intentions, it's because Ledgermayne expressed too much 'free will', which drakath didn't like, however being made of magic, he could cancel all attempts to kill him. So he helped the hero make the only weapon that could destroy Ledgermayne, because he couldn't do it with his own power, something which even the hero comments on, that drakath wanted him dead because ultimately, ledgermayne couldn't be controlled. He also only gave back vordred, again because he could and even if it was turned against him, no one was even a threat in the first place. Also join with the hero? He makes it perfectly clear he's only out for revenge against the queen of monsters and is no ally of the hero, despite the hero trying to be nice. Drakath isn't a good guy, he never was and never will be. He's a selfish brat whom only craves power and the right to rule over others. The scene with the ultimate orb is the proof of that, when drakath had the option to do the right thing, stop sep and give the orb to the heroes so they could restore all elemental orbs. He chose to instead keep it to give HIMSELF power to do what he wants, instead of doing the right thing.

I assume this video is kind of satire, but we aren't evil (in the real sense, alignment faction means nothing in AQW lol), especially when we discover who we truly are during the Chaos Finale. No matter what tragedies happen in the darkness, you can always choose to be kind, and that will always matter. Drakath chose his path, allowed his Father to be the corrupt tyrant he was, and vowed revenge on the person who killed him, despite how bad his father was. He obviously didn't treat his people with respect, or else Alteon would not have rebelled against him. Alteon would not have stayed king long if he didn't give the people of Battleon/Swordhaven the kindness that Slugwrath forsake.
Well drakath only helped us from Nessy because he knew we had a better chance of taking down ledgermayne. Which he wanted to do because ledgermayne rivaled his authority.
Can you make more of these? I mostly played aqw for the story and having a tldr (sorta) for how the story has progressed post the chaos saga would be really nice.
I'm definitely late to this but I'm going up to bat for Lionfang, who I wholeheartedly believe is a chad. He's not a good person, but Lionfang is a beacon of honesty and all of his actions as a chaos lord help the enemies of chaos.
I've always had a deep love for Drakath's character. He's definitely (In my opinion at least), the coolest, most well-made character in AQW. Press C for siding with Chaos.

I swear, This is such a simple game yet so amazing. I play now for 10 years and still never bored. Finding new people and chatting showing of ur hard earned items help players or get help from players. I paid more on this game than i did on any other games. I would really be sad if this game were to be cancelled or gone into mobile... Hopefully before that happens i find a game similar to aqw.

During the lionfang story line (in the ending of it), Drakath says the rain can make anything immune towards chaos, but 3 or 4 chaos lords later he transforms the hero (who ALSO got some of the rain on him) to a chaos lord. It's either drakath lied to kill lionfang, or drakath didn't know that he can give more chaos to lionfang, *or you forgot to put this in your everything wrong in aqw part 2 video*

The only thing i love about drakath is that his armor is the coolest and badass armor in aqw heck look at the mirror version of his armor too. Thats the only motivation for me to keep playing since 2013 until i get that armor. And now i got both the mirror and the original also the hollowborn too. Its time for me to rest.

Can you make more of these? I mostly played aqw for the story and having a tldr (sorta) for how the story has progressed post the chaos saga would be really nice.
I'm definitely late to this but I'm going up to bat for Lionfang, who I wholeheartedly believe is a chad. He's not a good person, but Lionfang is a beacon of honesty and all of his actions as a chaos lord help the enemies of chaos.

This is probably the best adventure quest video i have ever seen
I swear, This is such a simple game yet so amazing. I play now for 10 years and still never bored. Finding new people and chatting showing of ur hard earned items help players or get help from players. I paid more on this game than i did on any other games.
I would really be sad if this game were to be cancelled or gone into mobile... Hopefully before that happens i find a game similar to aqw.

During the lionfang story line (in the ending of it), Drakath says the rain can make anything immune towards chaos, but 3 or 4 chaos lords later he transforms the hero (who ALSO got some of the rain on him) to a chaos lord. It's either drakath lied to kill lionfang, or drakath didn't know that he can give more chaos to lionfang, *or you forgot to put this in your everything wrong in aqw part 2 video*
The diluted rain temporarily made Lionfang and the Hero immune to his power. Plus aqw storylines have zero direction post-Alina

lots of people in the game don't even play the story and if they play it,they just skip thr cutscenes and how are they even going to now the story if they skip.
I liked the story of 12 Lords of Chaos, the 13 one sucked, because it's pretty retarded how some adventurer is a fuckin' creator of the world or some shit. Also everything that came after the 13 Lords of Chaos has been pretty shit.

The only thing i love about drakath is that his armor is the coolest and badass armor in aqw heck look at the mirror version of his armor too.
Thats the only motivation for me to keep playing since 2013 until i get that armor. And now i got both the mirror and the original also the hollowborn too. Its time for me to rest.
