if you don’t want to camera to automatically focus on things in the foreground maybe switch the focus settings from auto to manual? it’s a bit trickier to keep yourself in focus because it won’t track your movements and adjust, but it also won’t shift between foreground and background!
i had a bad headache and couldn't sleep but then i remembered your "light over closed eyelids" trigger and ran straight to this video! i'm pleased to say my headache pretty much disappeared and i'm feeling much sleepier now 😌😴🥰✨💕

This is so sweet I was directly hit from the hurricane I’m not extremely far from fort Myers and there was severe damage and flooding where I live we’re ok and our house is ok somehow we got lucky but people around us have roofs torn, fences gone or destroyed, trees down and falling everywhere and etc I’m going on 6 days without power and it’s been hell so thank you so much for making this vid it means a lot :)))

I normally have to take melatonin to fall asleep and a bit of asmr to slow down my brain. Sucks that most people with ADHD are diagnosed with insomnia
