Im so curious to what message is being conveyed. I get there's a market for this stuff. Is it more about the sale, the brand? Or is your genuine message? I'm really just trying to understand the appeal?. Not all music has to have a real message or a political one for that matter but in any heavier rock format it usually does. Whos making you sick? is what i don't get.
I have to be honest. 9 times out of ten when a bands pulls the Spotify card i turn the other way. As a listener it just makes me feel like your selling me a product that has no value. Alot of so called artists use this tactic. Whatever happened to just putting out valuable music that impacts the audience which would drive them naturally to buy music. Why does it all have to be a pitch? Im not here to ridicule or argue im just trying to gain an understanding. Humans are loosing to the monetization of everything. Its sad. Its not our fault. Survival drives us to this new extreme. Hopefully it all changes.
