    A phone itself is not a killer of creativity or even any bad meaning behind it, it's us who abuse it or overuse it, the problem is in us not in subjects around us, we only use them to procrastinate or to avoid something unpleasant, if not phones, then we can use other subjects for procrastination.
    my point let's take responsibility for our lives in our hands and stop blaming external stuff from distracting us

      I completely agree. But, like I say in the video, “your phone is just a tool. It becomes dangerous when you use it improperly.” Yes we need to develop self control and self discipline so we stop becoming distracted. However, some things require a lot of willpower. For example, we cannot help being influenced while using social media. It affects our subconscious. (I mean, these tech companies have the best minds in the world working to get us to stay on their platforms lol) Therefore, it’s best to disconnect and put your phone away at times.
