- My UA-cam tutorials are back! And I'm kicking them off with a new super easy chunky twist-out tutorial, that only takes (drum roll please) 20-minutes! Yes, I was shook as well when I finished so quickly. Though less defined than a normal twist-out, the chunky twist-out gives instant volume that you wouldn't usually see until about day 3 or 4 hair. My hair is a little shorter than this but I think this would work for me. I’ve got the Knot Today leave-in and AsIAm DoubleButter cream so I’ll try that combo. Love your results!

Thank you! I got it professionally cut into a very short tapered cut little over two years ago by Mo Knows Hair, since then I've just given myself trims.
Hi Aisha! I'm loving your spirit and all around vibe! Quick question, do you resist your hair at night? My hair is FINALLY at this same length and I resist my hair every night for twist outs in the morning. I'm sure theres an easier way without having to resist lol. Thanks!
Did you mean retwist? I usually just sleep in a satin lined bonnet or on a satin pillowcase and then fluff my hair with oil the next morning

Thank you so much! I did the big chop exactly a year and a half ago! I was going to try to transition for a while, but it actually was better for me to just chop it and learn how to manage natural hair altogether. How long have you been transitioning?
It will be 7 months on the 11th of this month.

How many twist did you have
I notice your hair isn’t sopping wet when you add the leave in conditioner. Do you allow it to dry prior to adding the LI and then styling?
Hi! So I usually section it off when I get out of the shower and have it dry off a little in my hair towel while i put on lotion, do my skincare routine etc so it usually gets a little dry prior to me styling!
Found you on a cosmo web article and I am so happy that I did. My curls are slightly tighter than yours but I can see from the video that we have the exact same hair in regards to porosity. I just found an amazing product that keeps my hair moisturized but nothing seems to allow my hair to hold a shine for more than a couple of hours. However my hair absolutely love Carol's Daughter and I'll be trying it because of how good it looks on your video.Your hair turned out so fricking cute. Do you go to a shop to shape it and what cut do you get because this is so bomb

I got a tapered cut by @moknowshair a year and a half ago and have since been growing that out and trimming it myself!

What is your nighttime routine?
