Dj what this guy is saying is 100% 👍 and he's saying the truth am in the same province but am in Calgary.. DJ one day i will come to your show because i started watching your programs since 2018-2019.. God bless you for this Wonderful channel and it has helped me alot.
100 dollars every month for your mom can never make you poor. If not family members at large koraa mpo aa, ur mom and dad de3... pls don't wait until they put in their requests.
At the age of 15, this young man migrated from Ghana to Canada. Given his uncle's sponsorship, he likely avoided the immigration challenges often faced by older Ghanaians so he should do better than most. If he had pursued a university education in mechanical engineering, he could have been earning at least $100 an hour or more as an engineer, rather than $40 an hour as a plumber. This would have enabled him to support his mother in Ghana more effectively. However, it’s clear he is hardworking, balancing his plumbing work with a side job as a DJ. It's important to note that while Canada offers opportunities, the U.S. can be a better option in many respects, depending on the state and the individual's skill set. So, let's avoid generalizations.
I agree with him. Set boundaries when it comes to supporting your extended family back home. Do not take all their financial burdens upon yourself. If you have siblings in Ghana who are also working, share the responsibilities with them. As for me I won't even pick your calls for you to tell me your problems. If you manage to tell me your problems, I will also tell you I'm praying for you because that is what those in Ghana tell me when I also tell them my problems.
Most people in the comment section choose to not understand what the guy is saying. People who don't know how to make money do not value money. They just spend spend spend. I just watched a vid on u'tube by someone who grew up in the projects (somewhere in the US) explaining why po'or people stay p'oo'r.
DJ, the guy is speaking my language, the youth are lucky to have you preaching to them everyday, some of us we didn't have no one to tell us to learn a trade growing up, we went into learning a trade out of lacky of opportunity to go to High School.
Some Ghanaians not all don't travel. I've been to Canada, England, Japan, Netherlands, Switzerland, Dubai, Germany, Italy, France, and still checking off my bucket list wae
I came to Canada in 2023 with my wife. I believe the best thing is to have a plan and work hard towards it. Ghana is the best but until you have money. Travel, make enough money and observe. If things get worse, just relocate back home. I feel Ghanaians are so scared to relocate back home.
Hmmm so so true. They think all is about them. Pls oo, that entitlement mentality must stop. Force for yourself ooo, then the remittances will be bonus yooo. TU TUA DJN ❤
What you're saying is true though. When I first came here, I should have concentrated on securing my nkrataa first before helping others. Hmmmmm. Only God knows what I've been through but it's all well and good
Canada has two post secondary education systems: college and university. The college was set up so for the technical and vocational programs. Most programs at the college level are a year to about 3 years. The university level offers the degrees and higher lever certification. Some trades can be earned through apprenticeship, which I believe is what he did. You get paid during the program. I agree with what he's saying.
