I am interested to see how GPT could ever teach Africa to be self sustainable country (referring the hunger). The culture is just deeb that many things are Europeans fault (though example it was Africans who sold other Africans to slavery to make themselfs just rich) so they just should be getting things for free in form of aid and people lives in places where you can't make food.

Hunger in Africa will be fixed with education alone. Educating women has reduced fertility in every country this far so there's no reason to believe it wouldn't happen in Africa, too.
If people have knowledge and access to birth control tools, they can avoid having children accidentally and to improve their government.
And with stuff like Internet and ChatGPT getting cheaper and cheaper, getting the knowledge is cheaper and cheaper every day.
The only question if AGI is going to happen faster, which I think will.
