I suggest every freerunner should practise "figure" skating couple times a year if possible. That's excellent balance and coordination training that you cannot have on dry ground, also making your knee's stronger and that way reducing some injuries probably.

Instead of forcing ice on parkour, bring a little more parkour to the ice.

Hopefully this will introduce parkour to many new people across britain, it's a sport that needs to be massive.
