I think it’s so important (specially for us women) to try and not change when in positions of leadership. I feel society sometimes might see candidness, empathy and emotion as weak traits but it is exactly what makes us (in my opinion) better leaders than many men. Congrats Chloe you’re crashing it!

Which is kind of interesting because it's exact opposite of men we usually get better at leadership once we start being a machine that doesn't care about anything but profits and getting sales up

Awesome video, it's so impressive how you managed to turn a work trip into a compelling story full of ups & downs haha - love that you forgot to pack a top, but trudged on anyway. And that you didn't have an opportunity to tour the campus the first day, so you did it right before the flight.
BTW did you consider recording your talk yourself?
That way you'd have been able to share it with the Unichlos. I'm weird but I LOVE watching talks given in classrooms - something about them is often more interesting than a fully edited UA-cam video on the same topic. Maybe it's the atmosphere and room's energy & live reactions to what you're saying.

i used google slides! haha i'm pretty basic when it comes to slides. it's always content > design for me, but i'm trying to be better with it.

In any case, sometimes I forget just how clueless I was about life and career when I was a college student, and whenever I talk in front of college students or interview them I have to remind myself to tone the corporate jargon waaay down. I'm sure they appreciate the candidness!

ah it's a couple that I found but they're manhwa lashes. idk if they're actually any good quality-wise but they're definitely really fun for me! they're my first set, so i might experiment with multiple brands before committing!
the trick is that they are individual lashes. so they're a little clump and i just add 3 clumps to each eye!!

ahh i don't think so! D: if there is, it would only be available for CMU students since they hosted the session. i'm wondering how I should make these talks more accessible! the content does change quite often tho between talks. i'm only starting to share my talks more publicly recently too!
