Another great offering from our new JF band! Call yourselves whatever you want, just let me know what it was, what it is, and what it shall be! Great work once again, guys! I'm very happy that you're back... well... you know what I mean! Major Thumbs Way Up!!!
Question for Eric Dover; If you would be so kind...You sang lead vocals on a live version of "Jump", playing alongside Eddie Van Halen at an EVH back yard party. In what year was that performance?
This is very very good. Objectively. But with Manning and Sturmer it's a bit like Lennon and McCartney. They, as individuals (well, McCartney mostly :) made some brilliant music. But it's not the Beatles. :)
yeah...picking up on the 'Trump Slam'. Oh well. Still love the Melody, their Songs and their Music. Kind of a bummer they have to 'be so joyous', spurned' and indicting, that they spent energy writing a song ( albeit, 'in code) about their politics. I'll still listen to it anyway...because, well...it's great pop. and hell...the damn lyrics go by so fast ( dudes...that's a shit-ton' of words to sing! Eric must have been out of breath, between takes) All good. It's probably 'done' anyway...so what's to anguish over?... Our Prez. is out, by all appearances. not gonna change how i feel or think...about 'what a cool song is, right?
fascinating: I thought the opposite of the lyrics; reinforced by the marionette/ventriloquist dummy character. well, these lyrics are brilliantly left to interpretation, which makes this art that appeals to many. all i know is, i'm, looking forward to the return of live music. i would road trip to see this band live!
@@thelickerishquartet9941 I hope I'm wrong because I am a fan, musician and writer but your lyric can be construed as a slam to the potus! Its still a free country, thanks to said potus so swing away, even though its in poor taste. At least to this beholder!

Ode to Donald J. Trump!
Sounds more like an ode to mainstream media.
Nah, I’m sticking with Donald J. Trump.
@@coquipeludo hahaha :-)
You are _very_ ignorant and misinformed.
@@amerocker no, perhaps you’re a frustrated Trump supporter?

It's slamming anyone in positions of power that suck big ones.

So we can interpret it as being the next administration also. It’s an equal opportunity song.
A bag of bias masquerading as art! You're better than that! Aren't you?
Hmm. Not sure what you mean, but thanks for listening.
