WE HAD TO PURCHASE ANOTHER BIKE THE LECTRIC WHICH HAS HAD NO ISSUES. IM LITERALLY OUT $1599 AND LIVID AT KBO.. HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!! WILL NOT FIX UR BIKE. THEN IVE SEEN WITH OTHER THEY WILL REVIEW A VIDEO WHICH I ALSO HAD TO SEND BUT THEY DETECTED THEIR ISSUES WITH THE BIKE BY WATCHING A VIDEO THEN CHARGED THEM FOR SHIPMENT TO FIX THE BIKE PLUS THEY HAD TO FIX BIKE THEM SELF. Had mine for a year or more.never had a problem it is great . I am 66 and I like it 😊

Looked at anywhere from 15-20 ebikes over a year. Usual suspects: Aventon, Rad, Himiway, Ride1Up, etc. Came down to this and Ride1Up 700. Got the KBO on sale with an extra battery. Over 1,000 miles later do not regret my decision! Incredible range and the motor has more than enough power. I do 15 miles one-way for work commute and I get the round trip on one battery averaging 24-25 mph PAS 5 and throttle. I can get one for myself, wife, and two older daughters or I could get one Gazelle 😅
My honest thoughts about owning 1. I am on my 2nd battery, well the battery they sent me back that still didn't work. Now I'm dealing with customer service again. Going through the same hoops as before period then, they will probably just send me back another, well, the same battery. Don't buy 1 of these. I won't go on and tell you about the other issues. They should take care of their customers so they don't go out and give bad reviews.
Good review. I had a KBO Breeze ST back in Oct 2022. I suffered shipping damage to the bike and battery slew of issues and was bouncing back and forth with CS. They were looking for ways not to honor the warranty even with pics and video.They wanted me to ship the battery to a service center from Texas to California on my dime and said they would reimburse me up to ..... The power test button on the battery was broken and feared something internal may have suffered. I sold the bike at a loss. To anyone looking at these KBO ebikes, I suggest looking elsewhere, they are better ebikes for 2023 for less and probably better CS.

Bought a KBO breeze 4 months ago. Have put over 3000 miles on it , and it’s still going strong( except for the display) lol. And I paid $999.00
hows the range for you? How many miles are you getting?
@@akyerit if I go full throttle I get about 24 miles . I weigh about 185
@@StefanRandall right on I appreciate the reply/info. I just got one recently refurbished from Whizz and I wanted to make sure I wad getting normal range. I've been averaging 30 pedaling mostly and in pedal assist 3 on average. But sometimes I'll throttle only or go up in pedal assist when I need the speed. So I guess that is sounding about right

Favorite ebike under 1500?
That’s a great question, I’m going to do a round up video here soon. They each have their own strengths and weaknesses. I like the Ride1up core5 because it has a high top speed and is nimble, but the battery is on the smaller side. The hemiway cruiser is a lot of fun because it’s like a monster truck and you can ride it on just about any surface, but the downside is it’s really heavy. The Kbo breeze is kinda like a mixture of the two, big battery, weight falls in the middle of the previous two, front suspension, but the motor isn’t as strong as the himiway. Hope this helps!

Pros- u r good if you never buy one!. Cons- if you do, battery trouble, bolts are loose, warranty attempts yank you around. Batteries are bad. On second ' rebuild". Faulty warranty. Positive is it has fenders? Lol its cheap? Unless you dont get to ride it whle they have the battery and you deal with customer service emails back n forth.
