Hahaha! Now you're definitely not vegan -- munching on crickets. So good to see you trying local foods. I am a world traveler and avid snowboarder, from Hawaii. When I'm home, I am strict with my diet -- growing my own produce, organically, and consuming a more vegan/vegetarian diet but when I travel I will consume meat more often. I feel introducing meats here and there shocks the body in a good way. I'm about to be 50 and many say I look like I'm in my early 30's. Just like doing the same exercise -- I like routine but my body becomes unchallenged if I don't switch it up. I also have a Master in Holistic Health and Wellness and specialize in sleep sciences. With my credentials and 18 years of experience listening to the public's health issues, I've learned too much of a good thing can also be bad. Because of my health and wellness routine, I get sick every 5 years and that's a simple 2-day common cold sickness. I may be doing something right!
Just a thought.....The music playing while the surfing is shown is kind of after hours lounge downer music. It doesn't match this fun energy of catching waves. :)):):)
