Pastry flour: 330g
Sugar: 200g
Orange zest: From 3 small oranges
Eggs: 4 (Use 5 if the eggs are small)
Fresh orange juice: 180g
Baking powder: 3 tsp
Vanilla: ¼ tsp
Salt: A pinch
Butter: 170g
For the icing:
Powdered sugar: 120g
Orange juice: 8 tsp
Heavy cream: 3 tbsp
