But if you are starting preparation SERIOUSLY, then as sir would also suggest, please go through NCERT first. Then, start Laxmikanth.

Diwany - rights over revenue n civil justice. 1858- first revolt of Indian....east india company was removed .. British crown ruled direct. When India got independence. 1946 constituent assembly was formed to make constitution which came into force 1950. The East india company 1733-1858 1.Regulating act of 1773 - First time the shape is given to administration n political function. India administration would be on basis of central position. 👁️Governor of Bengal as governor general of Bengal -lord Vereen... Who had power over Madras governor.... Bombay governor that would have to report governor general of Bengal. Supreme court formed which include 1 chief minister n 3 colleagues in Calcutta. 👁️Prohibition in company servants. Court of directiors - who used to lead any organization n was present in london ...n used to handle the postings in india... Now ✋🏻Amending act of 1781-. Jurisdication of supreme court Supreme court could not act on official work of genral governor. Supreme court has jurisdiction on Calcutta residents only. Appeals from provincial courts to taken by governor general. Pitt's India act of 1784- Differentiate Commercial n political functions of company .. Political function undergo the bord of control in london...as it be the double government.now They gained Civil government n revenue control. East india company now called British possession in india. Act of. Lord cornwallis became the governer general of bengal. Lord cornwallis can override the decision of council. He would be commander in chief .. Git vitto power. .

1760 these company got premission known as diwany given by Mughal emperor Shah aalam.

1858- first revolt of Indian....east india company was removed ..
British crown ruled direct.
When India got independence.
1946 constituent assembly was formed to make constitution which came into force 1950.

1.Regulating act of 1773 -
First time the shape is given to administration n political function.
India administration would be on basis of central position.
👁️Governor of Bengal as governor general of Bengal -lord Vereen... Who had power over Madras governor.... Bombay governor that would have to report governor general of Bengal.
Supreme court formed which include 1 chief minister n 3 colleagues in Calcutta.

Court of directiors - who used to lead any organization n was present in london ...n used to handle the postings in india...

Supreme court could not act on official work of genral governor.
