In part 3 of constitution under A-12 , the definition of ''State'' has been given; which includes state legislative assemblies, govt and private departments, all local authorities along with all union territories and all statury and non statury body...🙏🙏🙏

Sir why did the constitution makers need to put article 36 in the Indian constitution as the definition of state is already explained in article 12.........i mean why they put article 36 ? What was its requirement? And why judiciary is not considered under definition of state under article 12?...pls explain

2.executive and legislative oragan of state goverment .
