Ingredients:
Flour - 350 g / 2.1 cups
Baking powder - 1 tsp.
Salt - 1/8 tsp.
Sugar - 200 g / 1 cup
Tomato juice - 250 ml / 1 cup
Vegetable oil - 180 g / 1 cup
Lemon zest - 1 tsp.
Cup - 250 ml
Mold diameter 20 cm / 8 inches
Bake at 180°C (356~°F) 40 minutes
