i feel the pain, somehow managed to get c1 baizhu before getting a single copy of kaveh. i was like "surely i will at least get his c0 in over 130 pulls" and then i got like c178 fischl and r5 lion's roar :)))
Baizhu took pity on me, I got him almost exactly 20 pulls after I got Nilou on previous banner (my pity was at 0 after getting Nilou) and I lost the 50/50 on Baizhu banner ... basically first 10 pull after Nahida, gave me a C5 Mona and C0 Kaveh, and the next 10 pull got me Baizhu. I am still in disbelief that I got that lucky. Lady luck was probably paying me back after completely destroying me while trying to get Nilou's 5* weapon.

As far as I understand it (since I don't have access to it), it is a servers for content creators to play with the new characters, after they finished testing on the beta server. They can record videos there, but only release after the characters are released. That way people can release content like trying them out, or full guide (since it is the final version) as soon as possible.
"Why would he have dendro res doesnt he eat blooms?" I mean...that's the point? So he takes less damage from the cores... His self heal only mitigates the damage so much, and he'll be taking damage from outside sources too, so having higher resistance to the damage from the cores exploding will help more. I don't see how anyone could be confused by this, it makes perfect sense.
This banner was so kind to me for once. C1 Baizhu, C6 Kaveh, and C5 Candace with way too many fischls. Not sure why fischl wants to appear so bad but I feel like everyone I’ve seen pull has gotten so many fish lol
I did my rolls the other day and ended up with C1 Baizhu, C2 Kaveh, C1 Candace, and C0 Fischl. I did the 10 pull that got me the second Baizhu on not a lot of pity. I wanted more Kaveh cons and ended up getting another five star and started freaking out because I never got one that early. Ended up getting another Baizhu, winning 50/50, and I freaked out more because I lost so many of them before. Now I have C1 Baizhu. I wanted to use him as my Deepwood user for Al Haitham so that's nice since I wanted Baizhu and didn't go for Nahida because I was saving for Baizhu.

For the weapon I saw when you set the not required you will get the required one. This happened to me twice with nilou weapon and with Hu Tao weapon. Now I just set the one I don’t want

I managed to get my Baizhu on like 30 pity and the next 10 pull was a Qiqi and the next C1 Baizhu. I am beyond amazed and happy and i think i wasted my luck for the next 100 years xdd. And i got C1 Kaveh xdd. All i had was 11 pity and 70 pulls. That was it! xdddd Ah, and i got like C10 Candace xdd
I had to trade losing my 50/50 for really good four star rng, two Fischl (one more than needed), four Candace (one more than needed), and three Kaveh which unless your gonna try and make his intended raw bloom team work is all you need, lost 50/50 to dehya however I have Nahida and ganyu so she has use for me also it was halfway into like 100 (f2p) wishes so I’m confident I can get baizu by the end of banner

his passive is kinda mehh when nahida existis, it's "useless" in nilou bloom and hyperbloom so you could try it with cyno its probably the only situation he is ok smth like nahida (k) cyno xingqiu/yelan baizhu

kaveh doesn't have a Y at the end. the E sound at the end is an open E similar to the one in noElle (even if it doesn't have the emphasis). a common word with a similar E sound is "bEst". another character name i hear get the same Y attached to the end is yae miko. that name gets so butchered that the E gets lost entirely and ya-eh turns into variations of ya-y. edit: at like 13:06 you say it correctly and then miscorrect(is that a word?) yourself.
In terms of weapons, i think the hakushins ring(inazuma craftable) would be great on him. It buffs electro damage and any element that reacts with electro i.e. dendro and gives ER i think. Would be great in any quicken team and would add even more to his passive

I feel so much pain watching all those wishes for that weapon...when the weapon is pretty damn awful. The Energy Refund is SLIGHTLY better than an R5 Prototype Amber but Prototype Amber provides an extra 18% HP healing to the team which is pretty massive for Baizhu. Meanwhile the 5 star provides a fairly small damage buff for Baizhu...which is utterly worthless considering how horrible his own damage is to begin with.
