ABOUT MARRIED TO MEDICINE:
Dr. Jackie and Curtis are on the path to healing their marriage and rebuilding trust, as they are back on the market looking for their perfect home together. Dr. Simone and Cecil have removed the divorce papers off the table, and are working towards moving back in together and being each other’s better halves. Toya and Eugene have put their tax issues behind them, and their love lives back in check. They will celebrate their ten year wedding anniversary, and this year it’s more important than ever. Dr. Heavenly’s dental practice is booming as she continues her spiritual journey and seeks the expertise of an anger management therapist to help her understand her anger. Heavenly believes she not only needs to talk the talk, but also walk the walk. Since last season Quad has moved…into the guest bedroom, and things are progressively tense between her and Dr. G. Quad is also laser-focused on her career as a successful talk show host, and feels like there is a wedge between the friendships she once knew with the ladies. Contessa has finally found the balance she was seeking when it comes to raising her kids, but she is also focused on her health and takes careful measures to prevent breast cancer after a family member gets a critical diagnosis. Mariah Huq is back and living her best life. On the home front, Mariah is navigating being a mother to a teenage daughter and taking special care of her marriage with Aydin, but when an unexpected health scare shakes up the family, the couple gets even closer than ever. Will all of these ladies be able to get their personal lives and friendships on track?

I love that Mariah brought her daughter to Simone! My mother didn’t tell me what to expect when I became a young woman and my first experience with a gynecologist was traumatic.
Oh my, my mom didn’t want to tell me but she was so respectful. When I told her about my experience she told me how I’d be better suited for a male OBGYN. Which she was such amazing advice for me.

Because this is a show with actual wives, housewives, mothers (with kids), etc. This is what RHOA should be but is not. RHOA is mostly single women and THATS the problem.

Mariah Daughter and Simone connection was very touching to me. It’s something about those small life long connections people can look back on and i know it’s a great feeling for doctors to see the babies they delivered healthy and living years later

Mariah's daughter seems so mature. And quite the little lady. This episode was great to see!!😊 I just wish Quad would listen. Dr. Jackie is just being a loyal, genuine, compassionate, friend which is something that some will never experience.

I have a lot of respect for Mariah setting up that appointment for her daughter. I had a horrible experience with my first OBGYN appointment. I never cried during an appointment until I went there, not because of the pain but because I didn't feel comfortable AT ALL. There were med students in there and no one asked for my consent. I'm not sure if they asked my mom at the time but i believe i was 18. The doctor had the nerve to tell me to relax. I avoided having a pap smear for years (yes years...like 8) because of that experience. Dang, i'm getting mad now lol

When medical students go on rotations with a physician, the physician is ALWAYS supposed to ask for consent from the patient. When I was a medical student, many patients refused and we always respected that. I'm sorry that you were put in that position. I've heard stories like yours in the past. It's a shame because the physician has clearly stopped connecting with their patients.

I just dont understand unless she has a signs of or masses why she would have a double mastectomy my mother had breast cancer so im just trying to understand
She probably had the genetic testing for the breast cancer gene and was told that she has a very high chance of getting breast cancer. My OBGYN fought my insurance company to approve to pay for my test because my mom passed at a young age from breast cancer and at least 2 of my great aunts had it at some point in their lives. One of my aunts had one breast removed during her fight. Sometimes the risk is too high not to have the procedure. If my genetic test came back positive for the breast cancer gene, I would have gotten the surgery too.

Watching all 6 seasons and watching what was said and weighing it against her body language, online behavior, and behavior towards him and the others it was evident she didn't love nor really like him that much. Thought you would slip away quietly with the coins and no scandal attached to your name or brand. No one listened to Mariah when she said Quad went from her house to Greg's house in season one. M2M check might be gone but she secured the bag through her cookbook, sister circle, and possibly any of her other businesses that he funded if they survived.
