First, please take care of the hernia, you don't want emergency surgery. You and Gladis need to do what is best for your family. I think it's a good idea to buy the manufactured home. It takes a very long time to build from scratch. You have multiple homes to build, it will be better to be living in a nicer home while doing so. Good luck on whatever you decide.
Soonest we get back from Grandma's I will be getting checked out. Indeed I think the manufactured home will be a great stepping stone into these other builds...😁🥰👍🏼

I thought Dad trimmed all the shingles. Hahaha I knew Willow was going to do that. I completely understand that you are more of the UA-camr than Gladis and that is fine. Don't force her to do any of the YT stuff that she doesn't want to do. LOL we can deal with the Sasquatch by himself. Are we talking a Premanufactured house with wheels or one of the shed type houses? I have dealt with both and the sheds are usually the better option as far as the electrical. If you are going to finance it I would roll all the electric, plumbing and AC Into that financing. It doesn't cost that much more for them to deal with all the headaches and not you. Plus that work that they do will be warranted.
It would be a premanufactured home...double wide, 3 bed 2 bath. Something around the same size if not a bit bigger than what we planned to build. So it has everything we need other than AC but would be coming during the winter so we would have time before needing an AC unit.
